I purchased this to replace an EPSON that just started leaking ink all over the place. Black ink on top of that! Just picked this guy up a couple of days ago. Setup was very easy. My wife (the boss) has been bugging me to hook up her cell phone so she can really be lazy and not even go into the office to use it! OH BOY, I created a monster! LOL! With HP instant Ink program how can you go wrong? Would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a really easy to use printer! Did I mention BestBuy has these in stock right now!

I like the HP Officejet all-in-ones for the convenience of 1 machine doing multiple actions. I do not use the fax because I don't have a landline any longer but do use the scan and copy functions nearly daily the print function. My only grievance is that it is loud and too crunchy sounding when warming to do any function. Printing duplex is good and clear; scans and copies are clean and presentable. Had some difficulty with setup but that was resolved with Geek Squad remotely. Would recommend

Great printer, no issues after 1 month. Easily connected to my existing network and wirelessly to my new desktop computer (HP - Pavilion 24" Touch-Screen All-In-One). Also after downloading the HP Smart Print app the entire family can print wirelessly from all our phones (both Android & Apple) and all our tablets. Came with 6 months of Instant Ink which was super easy to set up and IMO cheaper than buying cartridges yourself with low monthly ink fees and automatic shipments. Quit and fast, great quality printing. Have had no issues at all. Definitely recommend.

I replaced a 10ish yr old Office jet pro w/this model. The set up was SUPER easy and it does print faster than my previous model. It's definitely not built the same, as the plastic seems thinner and flimsier, which is why I rated it 4 stars. It's operating fine, although a bit noisy too. All in all, I'm happy with this product so far

After easy setup I was impressed with the operation, quality of print job and speed of printing. This replaced a Pro 6700 from 2013. I purchased HP because the previous printer gave us 9 years of great service. The 9015 is quicker, quieter and prints nicer! I just don't like the idea of leaving it on all the time so they can monitor it for auto ink replacement program. Otherwise it's great.

Seems to be an excellent printer. Setup instructions were straightforward as long as you want hp instant ink. If you do not want instant ink you need to do some research. Might be the wrong printer for you. The printer, scanner work great !

Love this printer! After two other lower priced HP printers over the last five years, I decided to upgrade to a newer more expensive model. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality and operation of this printer. The dual-sided automatic scanning blew me away! The print speed is very good for a desktop printer. I have only had this printer for a few weeks, but have used it quite a bit over that time for some very important printing projects. No complaints so far!

We are thrilled with our new HP Office Jet Pro 9015e Wireless All-in-One Inkjet Printer. It makes excellent copies, scans, and photos - all very quickly. Our Geek Squad Installer helped us explained numerous features and put icons on our desktop for ease of use. I'm already able to do more than I could on our previous printer.

I really like this printer. The set-up was easy and only took about 15 minutes. I read the reviews prior to purchasing and downloaded the HP Smart app prior to installing and it definitely helped! I would have given this 5 stars, but when printing it's a little loud. The quality of the print is good, but the noise gets to me when I have a large print job.

Bought this to replace a previous OfficeJet Pro that we had for years. Would still be using the old printer but it developed a printer head or ink error that could not be corrected. Connected the new printer to home network via ethernet cable to router. Set up was easy and both ethernet connected desktop and WiFi connected laptop print easily to the printer. The printer app works fine. Quality and speed of printing is also good. The ink and paper subscription options were a bit intimidating, but the 6 month free trial will allow us to adjust for usage. The only real concern is the paper tray. The previous model had the tray built in. The new printer's removable tray feels much flimsier. The real concern though is the paper guides. As with previous printers, the paper tray has two side guides to adjust for the paper width. However, it does not have an end guide to ensure/keep the paper tight. The tray defaults to legal paper length. So far 8 1/2 x 11 " has worked fine, but I'm concerned that it could lead to a mis-feed.

This printer does it all. When attached to a lan line provides smooth, fast accurate faxing. It can connect wirelessly to your PC and the software allows for fast, clear precise printing. The ink life is amazing and with HP+ you don't ever have to worry about running out of ink, You can easily airdrop your files making this truly an affordable yet capable printer.

Bought this to replace a Photosmart 6525e All-In One. Even though it wasn't that old. It did have it's problems. Like being very loud. Taking forever to start up. Would act like it was in an earthquake when printing. Most importantly. It would not connect via WIFI. This OfficeJet Pro 9015e is like night and day. It is about 1/3 as loud. Starts up in 1/4 the time. Doesn't shake rattle and roll. It was a PITA to hook up the WIFI, but it connected! One thing I found out that is important. The paper tray needs to be out part way for the roller to get the right grip. Otherwise it will take 2 or 3 pieces of paper at once and not print right. The ink access door is very flimsy and not reinforced. Inserting ink cartridges can be a chore. They don't like staying in place. With all that said. It prints in a flash. I love this printer!

I replace an HP8620 Officejet Pro with this printer. I really liked the HP8620 so I was not happy about having to replace it. But was I wrong! This printer is so much better. Easy to setup and very intuitive. I can know print from my cell, my Kindle fire and probably more I haven't tried setting up yet.

After much MUCH reviewing and product comparing, I decided this was the best product for my work-from-home and family printing needs and so far have been pleased with the 9015e's performance. It's printed text and photos wirelessly, duplex scanned and printed, and photocopied like a champ. Notes: Takes a while to start up from Power-On, and makes some loud noises while starting up and while printing. The Instant Ink offer needs to be activated shortly after initial setup of the printer and REQUIRES attaching an active credit card to bill you once the free trial period is over or you pass the 700-page limit for the free trial (details current as of 12/2021). Switching paper types in the paper tray is a little annoying because the output tray is directly over the loader and needs to be pushed in to load the paper, and pulled out again once the paper is loaded. Duplex printing needs to be turned on from the printer's properties, even if it's already enabled in Microsoft Word's print settings. Printing wirelessly requires the device (phone, tablet, PC) to have installed and logged into the HP Smart app.

I really like this printer. I bought one for my office, after the earlier model I bought for myself a two years ago worked so well at home. I can print with the app from my phone and scan. I spent a lot of time comparing and contrasting my options for an all in one. It has something called self healing on the wifi piece. So if I lose power, it finds it all on it's own. Very helpful. I like the smallish foot print. Also, a big want on my list, was a view screen that I could actually read/ see. There are other brands out there that seem to be really nice machines, but I will never know, because I couldn't get past the part where the print was so small and a task to read from a screen that was the size of 2 postage stamps. I'm skipping over the print quality, because it's just really great and no need to cover that here. I use this for work badges, reports, spreadsheets, and posting signs. Great all around work horse.
