Copying and printing - very good. Have not yet tried scanning or faxing.

The printer was fairly easy to set up. The printer interface is an improvement over the earlier printer I had. It was easy to put the cartridges in. I would have preferred more choices of scan resolution for the document feeder. I liked the 200 dpi of my earlier printer.

Wirelessly connection was easy and prints pages fast.

Works well, but is a little noisy but no other issues

It took four times of installing the new printer to my computer...but now I really like it. Prints amazingly fast and the colors are crisp and clean. I signed up for ink to be delivered to my house...We will have to wait and see how that pans out. Finally after three printers, I got one that is good.

Really like this printer. Much faster than my old HP. Only had it short time but so far so good

Easy to setup. Easy to operate from cell phones and iPads and computers.

I would love to give this printer 5 stars, as I truly do love the printer. However, I like to be able to use eprint, just in case someone needs to print on my printer or send me something. I like the eprint better than a fax, because it is a lot clearer. Eprint is not available on this printer, which was a disappointment for me.

Very good printer to work with. It made my work easier to handle.

It works great for for everything you need it prints documents out fairly quick and has a good quality scanner. As well pictured come out nice which is a big bonus for me (as long as you set the printer to photo paper). The mobile app is fairly easy to navigate and connectivity with the printer isn’t an issue.

I've owned this printer for about 3 weeks. First couple of prints were great, super fast. Really liked it and then didn't use it for a week or so when all of sudden the printer kept updating itself over and over. The updating would never stop so I couldn't do anything with it. Called HP tech support and was told that their lead engineer was aware of this issue and said it was an emerging problem and they were collecting information from other callers that were having the same issue. They told if I really need to print to go and exchange this model for a Envy model because the issue is with 9000 series and they have no idea how to fix it yet. It's been a week and haven't heard from them. Stay away from HP. This is not how you gain customer loyalty.

This printer has performed very well so far. I would definitely buy another one if needed.

This is an excellent product. It works flawlessly for printing, scanning, and faxing.

Replaced the HP 8062 which died. So far, it is working great. Faster than the older one (5 yo).

This all in one printer is great & very user-friendly.

My experience there the new printer is good my old printer had an extended warranty but it said paper jam in theater Geek Squad looked at it my warranty expired by 4 days he said go talk to manager she was very rude and impolite made me buy a whole new printer for $325

After having to turn our home into an office over night because of Covid-19, our printing demand skyrocketed. Thanks to great print quality, efficiency and ease of use, this printer was a no brainer. On top of that, HP Instant ink saved us a lot of money in ink costs.
