When our previous HP 9015 printer suffered an unexpected mechanical issue we immediately returned it to Best Buy. We were pleasantly surprised to find an updated version of the same high quality printer available. It is a VERY reliable home printer that meets ALL our business and personal needs with the quality of the output remaining the same. We couldn't be more pleased.

Good multifunction printer. I dislike the installation process of having to use the hp smart app and would rather much like to install with a driver. Other than that, it works as intended.

Happy with this purchase. Good print quality. would buy again.

Good workhorse for small business! Still does not always handle multiple sheet sprinting perfectly. Imperfectly where you never know if sheet4 or 7 or 10 will come out off center or use an extra sheet of paper!

This printer has performed very well so far. I would definitely buy another one if needed.

This is an excellent product. It works flawlessly for printing, scanning, and faxing.

It took four times of installing the new printer to my computer...but now I really like it. Prints amazingly fast and the colors are crisp and clean. I signed up for ink to be delivered to my house...We will have to wait and see how that pans out. Finally after three printers, I got one that is good.

My experience there the new printer is good my old printer had an extended warranty but it said paper jam in theater Geek Squad looked at it my warranty expired by 4 days he said go talk to manager she was very rude and impolite made me buy a whole new printer for $325

I've owned this printer for about 3 weeks. First couple of prints were great, super fast. Really liked it and then didn't use it for a week or so when all of sudden the printer kept updating itself over and over. The updating would never stop so I couldn't do anything with it. Called HP tech support and was told that their lead engineer was aware of this issue and said it was an emerging problem and they were collecting information from other callers that were having the same issue. They told if I really need to print to go and exchange this model for a Envy model because the issue is with 9000 series and they have no idea how to fix it yet. It's been a week and haven't heard from them. Stay away from HP. This is not how you gain customer loyalty.

The machine is a decent replacement for my old unit, it hasn't worked as flawlessly as I had hoped. Within a month after initially using, the scan function stopped working. And I've yet to find a solution.

Replaced the HP 8062 which died. So far, it is working great. Faster than the older one (5 yo).

It works great for for everything you need it prints documents out fairly quick and has a good quality scanner. As well pictured come out nice which is a big bonus for me (as long as you set the printer to photo paper). The mobile app is fairly easy to navigate and connectivity with the printer isn’t an issue.

Very good printer for all my needs. Haven't used for pictures yet.
