When our previous HP 9015 printer suffered an unexpected mechanical issue we immediately returned it to Best Buy. We were pleasantly surprised to find an updated version of the same high quality printer available. It is a VERY reliable home printer that meets ALL our business and personal needs with the quality of the output remaining the same. We couldn't be more pleased.

I've used HP printers for many years. The OfficeJet Pro 9015 certainly lives up to my expectations. It's well made, easy to set up, and has quality print. I use in a small office environment with daily printing and copying. It has double sided copy and print, saving on paper. I highly recommend this printer.

I had to replace my old HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 which finally gave up. I did some research to find a new printer and this was the replacement I chose. It's okay but I was spoiled by my old printer, This one is sluggish and the 123 HP helper is not a helper at all. Scanning and saving is cumbersome and with my small home business I have to be able to scan frequently, I was always able to change the scan title to make it easy to find. This doesn't appear to let me do that. I'm disappointed with this printer but I'm now committed since it's all I have to use. I used to be impressed with HP, but not any more,

Easy to setup and works well. A little more noise than I expected .Overall a good product

First time purchasing a wireless printer. Ordered online and it arrived promptly. It was easy to set up and prints quick, clear copies. I like the double sided print feature that saves paper and the ability to print from my phone and iPad. It’s still very new, but so far we are very happy with our choice.

The set up was easy. Did not take up to much space and works great!

I like that it will scan and print on both sides of the paper. Set up was super easy.

As usual I am pleased with the HP product. I would like HP to offer lower prices on their ink for their printers. Also would have liked more ink in the start up cartridges that came with the printer. Tech had some difficulty setting up my HP printer. It still is not set up as a wireless but has to be connected to my tower for it to work.

The printer was very easy to set up and so far printing very well.

Easy to set up and operate. The automatic feed is a big help and feeds well even with wrinkly paper. Printing/scanning is fast and clear. Not sure about the instant ink offer, watch the "free" offers- only free with conditions, like no more than 300 pages per month.
