    After returning my previous purchase of a printer which was the only available on the floor, i couldn’t but to return it! Thanks to best Buy policy for returning product i was able to return thst ine snd ordered my current one thru Best Buy. I got my new printer a week ago and pay for setup by your Geek Squad team. I am very happy that i have done the return and got my idea printer now!

    Easy to setup. Fast and makes nice, clear copies. We had an Epson printer before and it was a pain loading paper and constantly had updates. Ink was expensive and it used a lot. We opted for the auto delivery on ink and it knows when you are almost out and sends it to you. So nice to not worry about running out.

    I have been thrilled with the service from Best Buy. I have had 2 emergencies in March. My HP printer quit. I ordered a new HP9015 online, I had it shipped to my door. One day later I received my new printer. The service was prompt, fast, and I love my new HP9015. I feel confident it will give me the same service my old 8600 gave me. Thank you Best Buy. I go to Best Buy for ALL of my "tech" needs.

    This is one of the best printers I've ever purchased. After several days of research I stumbled unto this unit and did not hesitate to purchase. The instant ink option is also a nice touch making sure I have replacement ink before I run out. Setup was quick and easy with the companion app.

    This printer meets allbof my needs. The colors are vibrant, printing is relatively quick, and the mobile functions are quite helpful. I'm in school full time and I'm in an Administrative role at my job. This printer keeps up well so far. Im definitely pleased

    I haven't looked at any other brand of printer in years, and I certainly don't regret this purchase. Be sure to get Instant Ink; I love the convenience of having a cartridge available when I need it. Never a mess
