Excellent Small Office product

I was so happy with it that I purchased one for home! Prints fast, and very easy to use. One little hint, when it says you are low on ink....KEEP PRINTING! I kept printing for over a month after it started telling me I was getting low!!!

Seems to be a good printer

I think it looks like an older model - but they tell me it is a new model. It seems to be functioning OK - but it is noisy. The paper tray is difficult to insert. I think HP has cheapened their printers.

As my prior printer ink jammed. GS said we'll give you a credit and go pick out a new printer... I will alway be a GS customer. So far the new upgraded printer is worth the price.

Very happy with the quality

They surprised me with a really good printer. Always available on the local net and scanning to a pc over the net works well too.

My new HP printer

Thanks to best Buy policy for returning product i was able to return thst ine snd ordered my current one thru Best Buy. I got my new printer a week ago and pay for setup by your Geek Squad team. I am very happy that i have done the return and got my idea printer now!
