Set up was easy, prints well, scans well and very easy to use. This printer even has its own email address! I have tried it out and it works :) Very nice printer and I am so glad I decided to purchase.

We loved it. So it was awesome when we finally wore it out to see we could just upgrade. We are back in business. Best thing about this one is it's WiFi.

Printer is good, installation was a nightmare

Brought printer home and installed it with consultation with HP. They had trouble with remote take-over of customer screen which proved to be annoying. Printer kept spitting out pages of gibberish. Was told to replace with new one. That one started out spitting out same gibberish. Was told to call HP back the next day to get fix for driver problem. This meant that previous printer was really OK. Turned printer on the next day and no gibberish came out thankfully. However, hinge for top lid of printer was broken. Had to get a 3rd printer. Thankfully this one is OK. Prints crisp images. Colors are correct. Very satisfied now.

He found us a coupon for a trade-in for our other printer, which we also purchased at Best Buy. Also liked the recycling offer for the old printer.

Easy set up

I'm a 65 year old woman and was able to get everything set up and working very easily. The only thing I had difficulty with was installing one of the ink cartridges (maybe because I have arthritis in my hands).

The only issue I have with this printer is that the setup screen never goes away no matter what I do. It works fine and connects to computers and phones via bluetooth, but the screen is forever on the initial setup menu.
