Great printer for the money. Uses little ink. Easy to use and set up.

I have had this printer for almost a month and I am very happy with my purchase. Set up was easy, prints well, scans well and very easy to use. This printer even has its own email address! I have tried it out and it works :) Very nice printer and I am so glad I decided to purchase.

My family has used the older version of this printer for the last 10 years. We loved it. So it was awesome when we finally wore it out to see we could just upgrade. We are back in business. Best thing about this one is it's WiFi.

Sales associate was very knowledgeable about the printer and was very helpful and friendly. He found us a coupon for a trade-in for our other printer, which we also purchased at Best Buy. Also liked the recycling offer for the old printer.

Bought printer to replace one that failed. Had owned HP printers before. Brought printer home and installed it with consultation with HP. They had trouble with remote take-over of customer screen which proved to be annoying. Printer kept spitting out pages of gibberish. Was told to replace with new one. That one started out spitting out same gibberish. Was told to call HP back the next day to get fix for driver problem. This meant that previous printer was really OK. Turned printer on the next day and no gibberish came out thankfully. However, hinge for top lid of printer was broken. Had to get a 3rd printer. Thankfully this one is OK. Prints crisp images. Colors are correct. Very satisfied now.

Super fast. Worth every penny. I read reviews on line and thought I would give this a shot. Historically, HP products have performed well.

Recently replaced HP printer model 8720 with model 9015 and it is perfect for my needs. It was easy to setup and weighs less n takes up less work space. Info monitor is easier to read and find information. Definitely happy with my new purchase. This is for personal use only;

Im happy I bought this printer is very easy to use.

The wireless printer was easy to set up (including the scanning feature). I'm a 65 year old woman and was able to get everything set up and working very easily. The only thing I had difficulty with was installing one of the ink cartridges (maybe because I have arthritis in my hands).

I purchased this printer for remote printing and it works!

This printer does what it's meant to do and the ink lasts a good while. The only issue I have with this printer is that the setup screen never goes away no matter what I do. It works fine and connects to computers and phones via bluetooth, but the screen is forever on the initial setup menu.

Works great---once you get it set up. Very difficult and confusing set up process. Once you get it operational you will be pleased.
