TRUST ME, NOT STUPID, PRINT CUE WAS NOT MARKED 2 SIDED, PRINTS EXTREMELY SLOW, SUCKS COMPARED TO MY HP 8610, PAPER TRAY HAS NO HOLDER IN PLACE. WHERE THE PAPER COMES OUT IS TOO SMALL AND THE EXTENSION IS ALSO TOO SMALL. WORST HP PRODUCE I HAVE EVER OWNED. I WANTED ANOTHER 8610 OR MAYBE NEXT ONE UP THAT LOOKED LIKE IT BUT THIS IS ALL THEY HAD. THE QUALITY IS POOR DO NOT BUY IT.

It even set itself up with my iPhone so now I can print easily from my phone or laptop With ease. Fairly quick although expect it to be slower than a laser printer. Good detail and clear images. Highly recommend.

Had to return the first - it had some problems (or I didn't know what I was doing in the setup. Would be helpful if it came with some operating instructions. Setup went well but don't understand how the print both sides works. Haven't tried to scan to an email yet. Hope I can figure it out.

Ink cartridges load easily with a spring mechanism. HP Instant ink and an extended warranty are the way to go. Store pick up curbside went smooth but the local store not having telephone service was simply a bad policy which I hope has since been corrected.

Avoid if you can the HPSmart app, they seem to spy on you (not verified, but why should i login to scan a page?). Printer is good, the apps around it will make you uneasy.

I was disappointed to find although being new and supposedly the Cadillac of HP seems it is not network supported and you can’t send emails directly to it from a remote location. I love everything else about it and the email support is not that important to me. Although if I would have known I would have probably bought the 915 instead of the 915e

Easy installation with older computer. Only complaint regarding printer is that they no longer include printer connection cable - in case you loose the wireless capability you cannot connect directly to your computer.
