    Excellent fast printer. Great color and black and white resolution. Easy installation with older computer. Only complaint regarding printer is that they no longer include printer connection cable - in case you loose the wireless capability you cannot connect directly to your computer.

    So far so good, although it was trying to use a YFI address that wasn't mine, I could not print anything. I called the Geek Squad and they corrected the problem. This occurrence was on 10/12/2023.

    Appears to be a very nice printer. I was disappointed to find although being new and supposedly the Cadillac of HP seems it is not network supported and you can’t send emails directly to it from a remote location. I love everything else about it and the email support is not that important to me. Although if I would have known I would have probably bought the 915 instead of the 915e

    I wanted to wait awhile before reviewing this product. The printer does everything I expected it to do. No paper jams after 1,000's of sheets. print quality is good. No complaints from anyone in the family. Love the HP ink replacement plan. Works well for us.

    I was in the hospital when the GeekSquad came out and installed the new printer so I couldn't get the instructions for operating it. I had to read the manual to learn a little more about the different procedures in outstanding production.

    Sales associate was very knowledgeable about the printer and was very helpful and friendly. He found us a coupon for a trade-in for our other printer, which we also purchased at Best Buy. Also liked the recycling offer for the old printer.

    HP printers are the easiest printers to connect to your computers or network. This printer works perfect for the price point. I had a Canon prior to this one and hated how hard it was to use when I had an HP that lasted and worked great for years. Covid left me with little choice at the time but as soon as I could I went back and this printer did not disappoint.
