Exceeds all my expectations. The best printer for a small business.

three different models (9025, 9015, and 9135). When they work, they perform well. The print quality is solid, they operate fairly quietly, and I like their sleek design. However, they don’t seem to be as durable as older models. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced frequent issues across all three printers. HP Smart often fails to detect the scanner, requiring me to spend 30 minutes rebooting or toggling between wired and wireless connections just to get it working. At times, the printer mistakenly reports that it's out of paper when it’s fully stocked or shows as offline even though it’s connected to the same network and accessible via the web interface. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone with HP support, but despite the printers being under warranty, the issues remain unresolved, and no replacements have been offered. Frustrated, I’ve finally switched to Canon. HP, you’ve lost a loyal customer.

Easy to navigate. Ink last a long time before needing replacement. Copies and prints fast. I print about 50 pages a day and this printer can handle it. Only downfall is HP customer service is very hard to get a hold of if you need it.

I’m only excited about the Apple air print, although I’m just now discovering that all I needed was the HP smart app to print from my iPhone and iPad using my older HP 4500 office jet printer...or any other 3rd party app like Print n share. The difference is that I don’t have to open another app to print, I can just print directly from the app I’m using by selecting the share icon and choosing print. I also like the double-sided printing, and the fact that I don’t have to open an email to print out a document because I can have it sent directly to my printer...from anywhere. The print quality seems no different from my older printer, which is okay. The noise it makes is my only issue. I would recommend this product.

WOW I am in shock at how fast the COLOR PRINT OUTS come out in a Super Flash. It really did shock me and impress me. I love HP PRINTERS thats all I ever buy. I love this one the best. I only wish the SCREEN would have been the same size as the last model and not SHRUNK DOWN. Thats my only COMPLAINT and I will only give it 4 stars for that reason alone.

It took some time for me to figure out how to fully use this printer . . . but no regrets. I love the InstaInk program . . . and now that HP has added the paper option to the plan . . . AMAZING. I stay stocked on what is needed for the printer.

Set up was seamless, and the printer is easy to use.

While I have not printed on actual photo paper yet, I am very pleased with the quality on regular paper. The printer trays hold lots of paper so no need to keep refilling. The inks lasts a very long time compared to our old HP Envy, and it is much quicker printing than we were used to. I definitely recommend this printer!

Not too expensive and works great for my home office.

Set up was pretty easy. Not as fast as I thought , but still good for my small office. Screen is small and hard to read- that is the only negative. However , the overall size and compact square casing makes it a good fit for any shelf. Instant ink is a great idea !

Perfect printer for home or small office use. The only thing I don't really like is that HP went back to making the paper tray stick out towards the front in order to use legal paper...where the tray is pretty much open

A much better computer printer than previously made

After hours of research and comparisons, I bought this printer to replace my near-death printer. Ordered it online and it came promptly and was easy to set up. As noted by others, it is loud, it is, however, a very good printer. I work from home and do a lot of printing so I also enrolled in the instant ink program which has already saved me $$$$.

I spent month's looking at printers for home use that had everything I needed and this printer came and met all my needs. Easy to use and total work horse of a printer. The only thing I will warn people of is to be very careful with the ink cartridges and make sure they are secure before closing the hatch.

This is the latest model and the 3rd HP printer I have purchased. Each time I have been very pleased. The past models have provided many high quality copies including pictures. As on the new printer i have printed professional brochures. Having two trays for different type of paper is efficient. I am extremely pleased. The iink program is cost effective.
