Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the OfficeJet Pro 9025's print quality, ease of use, and performance. Many appreciate the dual paper trays and the straightforward setup process. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud and on the larger side. The wireless functionality and scanning capabilities also receive positive feedback.

Very good product, not easy set up and there is no real one touch scanning. Otherwise, after calling support they got me running after 1 hour

We have had the worst luck with printers over the last few years. So far this machine has been working well with only one hiccup and it was possibly a computer issue and not anything to do with the printer.

I absolutely love this printer. It is fast and print comes out perfectly. My one negative is the print-out tray is very short It does turn up slightly to prevent the paper from shooting off the table or to the floor. Processing is so quick that if I have failed to pull out the print-out tray, I have to quickly grab the printed sheet to prevent it's shooting off the desk. Other than that negative It is 'almost faster" than I can think.! This replaced my previous HP OfficeJet Pro 8710. I print a lot of notecards in A2 and A7 sizes for my card project. They print out very quickly but I discovered that if I limited my print number to 10 or less at a time, I was able to ensure they printed centered on the cardstock. I selected this Officejet Pro 9025e because it has all the features of my old printer.

Beautiful machine. Easy to set up. Great LCD screen. It’s a big machine so be weary if you need something small. Very easy set up. And I already got some free ink in the mail after just days of signing up for the ink program. I think it was free.

I bought this printer after my hp 8600 was working sporadically. I love the size of it, the speed of the printing is exceptional, setting up,wasn’t too bad except you have to get their app in order to download the drivers, the menu screen is touchscreen and clear and easy to understand. The loading tray to put papers through either to fax, scan or copy is very tight. Comparing this one to my 8600 the the ink tray is flimsy and it several times to get the printer to recognize the cartridge. It functions are very good but isn’t commercial grade quality. This printer isn’t cheap either

I was skeptical about buying this printer. It was more than I wanted to spend, I hadn’t owned an HP product since I the mid 1980s when I purchased an HP calculator, and I had not heard many glowing reviews about HP products. Some of the other reviews on the this printer furthered my skepticism. Due to the pandemic my choices of a new printer both online and in store were slim and I needed one quickly so I bit the bullet, took a chance, and purchased. However, I have to say I am extremely happy with this printer. I had it set up and printing within about 15-20 minutes of taking it out of the box. The dual paper tray is very convenient. I love scanning from the HP app on my iPhone. And when the only thing I couldn’t figure out was how to print an envelope and called HP customer service for help, I had zero wait time on the phone and had a very knowledgeable and patient customer service rep.

This printer performed as advertised. Setup was relatively easy. Only glitch was a slight leak in one ink cartridge that caused an error code. Power down and off fixed. I find it quieter than other reviewers. Very much worth the money.

I love the fact that the printer can hold a full ream of paper. Printer is fast and the color is awesome. It’s a little pricier then other brands but well worth the cost. HP has done well with this printer. I can print from my iPhone, iPad, MacBook Pro with ease.

This printer offers super-fast at printing, has excellent quality prints (even with photos on regular printer paper, and long-lasting ink. It was really easy to set up and link to our computers, too. Just an excellent overall printer.

Quick and relatively easy set up. Ink program that sends ink automatically is really convenient. Performance is very quick and smooth for a "budget" printer. Very happy with this purchase

Overall performance of the HP 9025 is very good. It is a bit noisy when printing but the quality is excellent. It is am improvement over my old HP 8100 printer.

Tray that catches the copies will not pull out far enough, print a lot and they end up on the floor. 2nd drawer doesn't do what salesperson promised. Disappointed!!

It is good until it starts having problems. I definitely recommend getting the warranty though. 1 out of every 2 HP printers I buy start having issues within a year.

Printer works great. Holds a lot of paper and I use a lot. Still on my starter ink and I print a lot. WiFi is good. It was really easy to set up. I print from my phone all the time as well. Bought a large Canon, took it back the next day and went with this one, glad I did.

Pretty solid printer that does what it advertised with plenty of features to boot. My two gripes are 1. force Ink replenishment subscription while turning off manual features for PC connectivity. and 2. for some odd reason, My "Printer" yes my "Printer" is picking up radio conversations from a local trucker. I wish I could make it up but that has my experience for the last couple of months since owning this machine.

I bought this model to get the 2 sided auto document feed. The second paper tray just came with it—not a feature I was looking for. I am disappointed with HP in their lax support for macOS. The extra features that HP used to support on macOS are no longer available: scan to Mac, scan to folder. for some reason the usb port doesn't seem to recognized any usb stick I use even after making sure it is FAT formatted.

I recently picked up this printer when my last Officejet's printer head finally went after 8 years of heavy usage. This printer has a smaller footprint, was very easy to set up and prints/scans very fast. So far I have been very pleased with this printer
