THIS PRINTER IS GREAT FOR OUR OFFICE. THE SCAN FUNCTION WORKS PERFECTLY. THE TWO COMPLAINT I HAVE ARE 1. THAT YOU HAVE TO SPEND A LOT OF TIME ON THE PHONE W/AN HP SPECIALIST TO SET UP THE SCAN TO EMAIL FUNCTION. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO SET UP YOURSELF, THERE ARE MULTIPLE DDRIVERS THAT HAVE TO BE INSTALLED AND ALOT OF TECH SAVY STEPS THAT THE AVERAGE PERSON PROBABLY WOUDL NOT KNOW HOW TO DO. I CONSIDER MYSELF TECH SAVY, AND IT WAS A CHALLENGE FOR ME. 2- THE PRINTER COMES WITH HP INSTANT INK. FOR A BUSINESS, THE HP INSTANT INK SERVICE JUST DOES NOT WORK. WE CANNOT HAVE A LIMIT TO THE # OF PAGES WE CAN PRINT. IF YOU GO OVER YOUR FREE TRIAL AMOUNT, YOU'RE THEN CHARGED PER SET OF ADDITIONAL PAGES PRINTED. AND IF YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL THE INSTANT INK, YOUR CARTRIDGES THAT CAME WITH THE PRINTER WILL IMMEDIATELY STOP WORKING.. FORCING YOU TO GO BUY XL OR REGULAR CARTRIDGES FOR THE PRINTER. IN THAT SENSE IT CAN BE COST INEFFICIENT. FOR BUSINESS, HP SHOULD OFFER A SUITE OF PLANS SPECIFICALLY TAPERED TO BUSINESS NEEDS. AN INSTANT INK UNLIMITED PACKAGE WOULD BE IDEAL FOR BUSINESSES WITH MAYBE IF THEY EXCEED X AMOUNT OF CARTRIDGE REFILLS, THEY THEN ARE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL RATE FOR EACH ADDITIONAL CARTIRDGE REPLACEMENT.

Performance is great,speed good also.easy to load paper and ink.

Easy set up. Super fast printing. Flawless operation so far and I’ve had it for a month and a half using it every day. Definitely recommend

Easy to set up and use. Bluetooth works pretty well although we did have to upgrade our router and speed with Verizon. Print quality is excellent!

This printer was so easy to setup. The print quality is awesome and I love the fact that there are 2 paper trays. Great product at a great price!

This has been a great replacement printer for our old one. Everything we need in a small footprint.

Printer works great. It needed a stronger Wi-Fi to work though.

Great Printer. Economical and on sale. Ink is reasonable. compared to the Laser I had.

The HP printers are quality products that I have used forever. They do breakdown after a few years, which is expected considered the amount of use and the moving parts. The Office Jet Pro 925 all in one works well for all its functions. Only complaint or issue is HP now has its own wireless IP address that allows it to function as its own router. This interferes with your personal wireless network. This should be an option to be able to turn off. Otherwise, great product

My beloved Hp6500a all-in-one died after years of faithful service. I immediately went looking to replace it with the exact one-only to find that its no longer made. I ended up picking this because it was the current equivalent of what I had. Its super easy to set up and use. Prints really nice pictures and text- and I have made water slide decals with it as well. Very happy with it. A big plus was the wireless printing. I can print from any device in the house or directly to the printer from the web.
