Great Printer

The wifi/bluetooth works pretty well but sometimes delayed. I think it has to more with the type computer I'm using. But all in all, reliable. I replaced my HP8610 series which was getting a bit dated.

HP Multi Task Work/Home Printer

My old laptop did alot more stuff an this display is more complex to work with. It does print good but up top the loader doesn't let you load papers in you have to use the glass to copy papers . Also , it is harder to setup these printers than old ones an when the power goes off you have to totally reset the whole printer an wifi. The older models automatically kept the info an reconnected , i used to leave old model on all the time . This newer model i turn it off it heats up really fast an freezes with software.

HP loyalist in quality, cost, insta-ink sold me $

Generous offer for a YEAR of free insta-ink to which cuts this moderate investment almost into half with the ink deal! No one else does customer service in respect to printing like HP!

Older Version 10X Better

The bottom tray sticks out several inched, the margins on flatbed copies are off or completely wrong/distorted. The setup was not automatic, or user-friendly. We had to manually fix several major programs/apps to work with it. The 5-6 year old one we had to replace (since suddenly strange ink cartridge errors began appearing on all our office printer/copiers that were not even the same type or even on the same network or in the same building) was 10 times better in every way than this new version of basically the same machine. Very disappointed.

Fast, smooth printer, great for home or office.

The foot print was almost identical so I was able to squeeze it into the same space at my office. Great printer, great software and amazing features. So happy, and ink capacity is huge. with the instant ink there is no stress of running out of cartridge. Scanning is nice, double sided scanning is a nice feature. I am so happy to have gotten this printer.

No issues. Printer quality is excellent and so it’s the adf scanner. Highly recommended. I print t shirts and a lot of invoices and business related material with this printer. Great scanner as well and solid touch screen. Very easy to setup on your WiFi network / LAN.
