Hp 9025 is a big improvement over my old model 8620. Smaller and more compact, with more advanced features and picture printing ability. I'm very satisfied with printer and would recommend it to anyone who needs a business capable printer.

I purchased this to replace my aging and dying HP envy 7640. The foot print was almost identical so I was able to squeeze it into the same space at my office. Great printer, great software and amazing features. So happy, and ink capacity is huge. with the instant ink there is no stress of running out of cartridge. Scanning is nice, double sided scanning is a nice feature. I am so happy to have gotten this printer.

Decided to go with this printer because of positive reviews and it turned out pretty good. Prints and colors came out great. Good printer for small office or business. The instant ink program from ho is good to have if you plan to do a lot of printing. Good printer overall.

Love it!! The printer/fax is quite and actually is a little smaller then the last model we had (same brand) but its so much better. Geek squad Agent LeSean F installed it for us and he was awesome and very professional, answered all questions, plus gave a great walk through on how to use it.

I have only purchased HP printers for the past 30 years. This model was to replace the HP 8600 Plus Premium printer that I had been satisfied with for the past 10 years. I would never recommend this 9025e printer to anyone. From the time this machine was brand new, whenever I would scan something into my computer it would give me an error message the first time. The 2nd time I would scan it it would work fine. But who wants to have to scan things in twice for them to work. You have to have a PHD to figure out how to use the 2nd paper tray. I finally figured it out and I put heavy weight glossy paper in there. The print would come out with the top half of the image cut off. I tried it three times and the same thing happened. Im warning you , stay away from this printer! So then i call HP tech support and they sent me what i thought was going to be a new machine. It turned out what they sent was a refurbished machine. AND IT DIDNT WORK!!! The print head receptacle would not move to the center so that I could install the print cartridge holder with all the cartridges from the old machine. What an ordeal! I'm now on the phone with them again, theyre sending me a replacement printer to replace the replacement printer that doesnt work. STAY AWAY!! This will be the last HP printer I buy.

Great printer and one of few that will print 11 x 17. Have bought previous model 9 times in 3 states on different construction projects for on site office. Quick easy set up and 5G wireless compatible.

This printer does so much and prints really fast. I purchased it for office and school and it certainly exceeded my expectations. the ink subscription is the best route to take for receiving ink. The 2 year warranty for this printer was definitely worth it at only $29.99. Would certainly purchase again!

I was having issues with my old printer and needed a printer. Talked about several different printers with a Best Buy person and decided on this one. I'm not a daily or weekly printing person so even after a 2 month ownership all I can say is I was able to set it up and print what I needed fairly easily.

The feature set in this printer is unbelievable. I replaced a Canon Color Laser MF733cdw. Print quality is better than almost every inkJet I have seen or used. HP Instant Ink program is the cheapest and most convenient way to go on ink if you plan to stay using OEM ink cartridges that you know will always work and maintain the quality of printing.

This HP9025 replaced my dependable and trustworthy seven year old HP6000. I was initially leery about this printer due to some reviews that noted printer jams on a frequent basis. I went and looked at the printer and liked it. I bought it about a month ago and have had no issues, jamming or otherwise, in that time frame. Knock on wood. ... but I am happy right now.
