Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the OfficeJet Pro 9025's print quality, ease of use, and performance. Many appreciate the dual paper trays and the straightforward setup process. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud and on the larger side. The wireless functionality and scanning capabilities also receive positive feedback.

Works as advertised. Bought it to replace an hp 8720 which quit working; kept saying replace ink cartridges. Bought the new printer and just found out hp put out an update to block refilled cartridges. Found an update to correct it so now I have a back up printer. The 9025 hopefully will print photos where the 8720 ran them upside down smudging the ink.

Good printer for the price. Worked without issue and was able to install on windows 10. Downloaded the drivers from hp.com. Scanning is a pain sometimes, they want you to sign up for an account now.

Very happy I bought this printer. My old HP printer died after many years of superb service. This one is even better! Excellent printing. Excellent scanning. Best of all was ordering and picking up from my local Best Buy. It’s true!! The printer was in my car in less than 3 minutes, and I didn’t have to get out of my car.

I've had this printer for six months now. What a nice machine it is! The programming is really well done and it has operated flawlessly so far. The printing quality and speed are quite good. This is a small-office machine but I have it for home use

This is the best experience I have ever had with a printer. From unboxing to completely setup took maybe 15 minutes. The software is extremely easy to use and its integration across devices works perfectly, I’m shocked because I’ve never had a printer work this well. Do yourself a favor and buy this printer.

I bought this for my business and it works great. This was a replacement to an older one that stopped working. I love that you are able to print from anywhere, and it prints fast. Love that you can also scan to a USB drive. I would recommend for those who print alot. Great product.

I'm very happy with this printer. The print quality is excellent and and photos are also great. The only issue I have is the warm-up time. It takes about 45 seconds before its ready to print.

As a printer it's great. Compact, two trays, easy wifi setup, prints from phone, tablet, desktop. However still working out the scanner and have yet to fax anything. The display is smaller and not as intuitive as my last HP which was an 8000 series.

I can not use the unit, mainly the copier, without my desk top computer on. Prints OK. Very loud. I have to turn it off and back on every once in a while, to reset, because the printer and the print head are not communicating. The print head went bad on my 8600 series with the same indicators. My 8600 series was a far better printer. I feel the life expectancy of this 9025e will not be anywhere near my 8600. I would have been better off getting the printer and copier as separate units.

      Hi, Larry.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer has performed so poorly. I can wholly understand your trepidation, considering you’re seeing errors similar to ones you saw with your previous printer before it stopped working. I’m also sorry to learn that some of the functionality, including the copy function, is not convenient for you. I want to help you remedy this situation, so I’ll offer a resource and some information I hope will reach that end.

I can’t tell from your review what’s causing the need to reset the printer, or what communication channel is not working properly, so I’ll point out that HP+ printers come with exclusive concierge support. To call and reach live HP+ experts who can help you assess what’s going on and find a solution, visit the following URL and enter your HP+ serial number:
      - hp.com/plus-help

I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies – and that warranty extends to two years with an HP+ account – so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link:

Excellent printer. Printing Adobe forms from web browser when online sometimes a problem; but downloading the form first seems to work. Love Instant Ink

Nice home office printer, excellent color print output as well as photos. Connects to iphone airprint easily, just ensure the phone wifi and printer wifi is setup to the same network meaning one cannot me set to 5-G and and other be set to non 5-G. Both wifi setup must be the same.

I bought my previous HP printer in a rush and didnt get one with all of the features of the one I replaced it with. Nothing wrong with the old one, it operated according to its specs, but this HP 9025 provides me with all the options I was missing and more. Simplifies my work. It pays to read the specs and use the compare features on websites

It took us awhile to get it set up and hooked to our WiFi for some reason. Never had a problem setting up a printer before. We worked with it for about an hour or so and finally gave up, turned it off and went to bed. The next morning when we turned it on, it was fine. It worked great for a few weeks and then one day all the lights on the printer started flashing at the same time. I tried to turn it off, but it wouldn’t turn off. Pulled the plug and left it alone. The next day it was fine. It prints beautifully, even double sided. But I think it’s possessed. Will be taking it back on Monday.

    HP OfficeJetPro vs HPEnvy

I have a history with HP printers, I am comfortable and like them so focused on replacing my HP Envy with an "updated" model. This one works well; however, I wish I would have purchased another HP Envy and saved the money. This model was not only $100+ more, the cartridges are much more expensive without additional benefit. small but annoying feature is the paper tray that holds your printed materials. The Jet Pro 9025 does not hold much; in fact, the tray doesn't lay flat, it elevates and doesn't even have sides to hold the papers in whereby the HP Envy had printed material drop into a tray and it was left there until you picked it up. At times, I have papers on the floor! I wish I had saved my $$ and just purchased another HP Envy.

I do like the color on photo paper and specialty papers. It's a good match for color checking as well. It's a clean and easy setup both generally and wirelessly. Great assets for the price!
