My husband’s two computers and our phone hooked up easily. My computer(older model) required a call to service. Still trying to figure out the scan to email automatically. Overall it does everything very easily.

Great machine - it does everything you would want. However, I would recommend the Best Buy extended warranty. The machine makes a lot of noise and that does give me a little concern about possible breakage. Otherwise it is great.

My new HP 9025e printer is a replacement for a previously purchased HP wireless printer. Right out of the box, I knew this was an improved model. Easy to set up and works perfectly. Thank you to all the Geek Squad staff at the Best Buy in Delafield, WI for making the replacement purchase easy.

This was so easy to set up! Wireless and AirPrint work well. I am trying the free instant ink offer to see if it is worth it to me. Quality and speed of the printer are excellent. This replaces an old canon and an old HP Photosmart. Beats both of them, hands down.

Easier to set up than my previous model, the HP Office Jet Pro 8625. However, the build quality is not as good; i.e., paper tray flimsy, ink cartridge slots not as sturdy. The Wi Fi as really easy to set up.

We had some challenges getting wifi printing set up and spent about an hour on the phone with customer support, but they were great. Printer works great! A little loud, but put it in quiet mode, which is just slightly slower and it's all good.

I’d give this zero stars if I could. I spent many many hours with hp support and they could never get it to work. Their proprietary cartridges wouldn’t work and they sent new ones that also didn’t work. Each time it took days. The proprietary software had apparently “bricked” the machine as someone called it. I spent an hr each time with their support staff from all over the world. Some were fabulous and some were beyond awful. They promised a new and not refurbished machine (I specifically asked) and sent a refurbished one (I knew because when I called for installation support they said it was registered to someone else and then he admitted it). It went back and I just ordered a brother. Twenty plus years of loyalty to hp. Not any longer. Avoid hp+. Once on you can’t get it off and if the system can’t connect to their cloud (like mine apparently couldn’t) you end up with a very heavy and expensive paper weight.

Awesome printer. I work most of my week from home and do a lot of printing. The dual paper drawers are wonderful. I no longer have to refill the paper every couple days and the ink usage seems better than our previous printer

My old printer died, so I ordered this printer online and received it in just 2 days. It was very simple to install it via ethernet connection on my home network. It automatically appeared on both my desktop and laptop computers, as well as wireless printing from my smart phone.

The HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 has a smaller form factor than my previous all-in-one which is nice because it eats up less of my desk space. I have had no problems connecting to my various devices (laptops, pcs, tablets, phones) all running different OS versions. The print outs are fast and very clean.

Fast printing, color is great, easy wireless connection. The cons are the scanner is difficult to use and the display screen writing is very small to read. Also uses ink up a bit quickly.

Very happy with my purchase of this printer. it does an excellent job for my photo printing. I love the support i received in setting it up and the continued feedback from HP.

This is a great printer. We have 2 & a slightly older model of the same type. Love them! Does everything we need and works for a long time. Would recommend to anyone.
