I’d give this zero stars if I could. I spent many many hours with hp support and they could never get it to work. Their proprietary cartridges wouldn’t work and they sent new ones that also didn’t work. Each time it took days. The proprietary software had apparently “bricked” the machine as someone called it. I spent an hr each time with their support staff from all over the world. Some were fabulous and some were beyond awful. They promised a new and not refurbished machine (I specifically asked) and sent a refurbished one (I knew because when I called for installation support they said it was registered to someone else and then he admitted it). It went back and I just ordered a brother. Twenty plus years of loyalty to hp. Not any longer. Avoid hp+. Once on you can’t get it off and if the system can’t connect to their cloud (like mine apparently couldn’t) you end up with a very heavy and expensive paper weight.

This product is easy to work with.I use it daily for completing my job. I had no challenges learning to operate. It is user friendly, and the documents are clear, the scanning aspect is superb. The price was right. I really like the touch screen feature on the command bar.

I really like the features on this printer and very easy to use, has two paper trays that can be adjusted, paper tray, usb port and can easy connect to your google docs or email for easy printing. i recommend this printer to anyone that has a small business or large family

It’s been great so far. User software super user friendly. Printing and Scanning is easy. Have a solid surface to place it! & randomly disconnected from the Wi-fi and super hard to connect back

We got the one with 2 trays and the top tray does not have a paper length adjuster. So the paper miss feeds and prints on unexpected areas of the paper. Print quality is definitely good, the duplex feature works well and scanner and scan feeding tray for multiple pages works well also. The 2 star deduction is really for that extra tray issue. If your intention for this printer is fir duel trays, I would look elsewhere.

Love this new printer, color is very sharp. Double trays is perfect, as I can keep different paper in each tray. Easy to pick which tray I want when printing.

It is a little slower to respond than the 8620 and is much louder. The quality of the printing is good.

For the cost, great printer. Tray holds large amount of paper and duplexing is fast. Can't use cheap substitute ink cartridges - must be HP to have chip. Very pleased overall with printer.

makes a good copy-------shakes the table it sits on----we are happy that it uses the same ink as my other hp printer

I needed an All-In-One machine for my home office, primarily to scan documents for my business files on my desktop computer. I made the mistake of buying a cheaper All-in-One Inkjet printer made by a competitor. After several months of constant combat with the scanning function, I purchased the OfficeJet Pro 9025. The extra $$ I paid were well worth it. This machine is so quiet you hardly know it is operating. The feeding mechanism handles multi-ple documents easily, and the software is easily understandable. My only reservation is that the Specifications state that the ADF has a 35 page capacity, but I don't think this is the case. The tray guides are too tightly engineered to allow that many documents to feed into the ADF. Otherwise, this machine is far superior for the price to anything else on the market.

Overall this is a good printer . Took a while to get it set up wirelessly. But once we figured it all out . It works great

I bought this due to homeschooling my children and I am so happy with this. Have to admit that the price is not bad. The printer is worth its price. I can do so much with this. I love the fact that I get my ink mailed home before running out of ink.

Purchased this printer for home use and could not be any more pleased with it. Is performing as expected and meets our needs to a all-in-one printer at home. Easy to set up and can print from anywhere in our home with no connectivity issues.

I replaced my old one with this one. This one is much better than my old one from a few years ago. I recommend this printer

Have been buying HP printers for over 20 years. This one is pretty good and lives up to the feature sets. The new HP Instant Ink program is a nightmare though. Luckily I didn't sign up. The claims are saving money on ink are only valid for a small percentage of users. In addition, you get locked in only using ink shipped from HP...even HP cartridges from the store won't work. I recommend you avoid HP Instant Ink completely. Totally recommend HP printers!

Wasn't sure how much I wanted to spend on a printer or even what type to get. The Best Buy salesperson was able to help determine what would be the best fit for me at a good price point. The unit has been working better than hoped and I couldn't be happier with the choice.

This printer is extremely quick and easy to set up. It connects to both Mac and Windows OS, as well as mobile devices (iPads, iPhones) and doesn't lose its connection. This is by far the easiest printer I've ever set up, so I purchased a second as well!

Bought this printer to replace my old HP 8630. Very easy to set up on three laptops as a network printer. I have only had it for about a month but, so far it's been what I expected.

Excellent printer. The displays are easy to follow. The copies come out at a rapid pace compared to other printers I have used of a comparable value.
