I have the luxury of 2 trays and can have one for paper and the other for my envelopes. Love that. It has been working great and easily hooked it up to a laptop and to a desktop, and just need to do my Iphone.

Often, the printer does not wake-up when a print is requested. You have to wake it up manually, sometimes print from another software to have your initially requested print function. Furthermore, what is with their control software? The fonts are so tiny on ANY of my screens that I have to use a magnifier to read them and use the software.

I think the instant ink cartridges last much longer than ones I buy elsewhere. I don't like the small operating screen. it's hard for me to see and requires scrolling to view everything.

Cheapest hardware material

Unlike my previous HP 6700 family that lasted almost 3yrs, this flimsy printer is made with the cheapest material. Though the printing quality appears crisp, the machine is too loud. Too late to return, but it's my fifth HP printer purchase, and I'm definitely rethinking my future printer.
