Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the OfficeJet Pro 9025's print quality, ease of use, and performance. Many appreciate the dual paper trays and the straightforward setup process. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud and on the larger side. The wireless functionality and scanning capabilities also receive positive feedback.

    Some occasional issues

Overall the printer is easy to install and works fine... most of the time. Often, the printer does not wake-up when a print is requested. You have to wake it up manually, sometimes print from another software to have your initially requested print function. Furthermore, what is with their control software? The fonts are so tiny on ANY of my screens that I have to use a magnifier to read them and use the software.

This printer is wonderful. I bought this because my last HP inkjet printer broke and so far so good. I loved my old HP and was very sad they discontinued it, I hope this one is just as good.

Excellent printer for those who put prioritize value on: high speed printing needed for multi-page documents, and 2) quickly scanning multi-page document using provided page feeder on top of printer and HP software.

    Cheapest hardware material

Purchased May 2021, and parts are falling apart. Unlike my previous HP 6700 family that lasted almost 3yrs, this flimsy printer is made with the cheapest material. Though the printing quality appears crisp, the machine is too loud. Too late to return, but it's my fifth HP printer purchase, and I'm definitely rethinking my future printer.

      Hi, Liz.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer has begun to fall apart. I can clearly see why that would be an alarming development, especially considering you’ve had the device for only a few months. I want to help you remedy this situation, so I’ll point out a resource and provide some information I hope will accomplish that goal.

I can’t tell from your review why the printer’s parts have started to fall apart, but it concerns me, and I believe it deserves further investigation. I recommend that you contact us directly so we can help you assess the situation and see what can be done. I’ll point out that HP+ printers come with exclusive concierge support. To call and reach live HP+ experts, visit the following URL and enter your HP+ serial number:
      - hp.com/plus-help

I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies – and that warranty extends to two years with an HP+ account – so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link:

Love using the instant ink feature. Had it on my last HP. I think the instant ink cartridges last much longer than ones I buy elsewhere. I don't like the small operating screen. it's hard for me to see and requires scrolling to view everything.

I've owned several HP printers and the 9025 is as good as any. Easy to set up. User friendly. Excellent print quality. Good print speed. Would have liked the paper trays to be sturdier. But, for the price, a good buy.

I’m a teacher and now with school closures don’t have access to a printer. His is similar to the one I use at school. It was easy to set up, easy to use, and print quality is great for the work I’m doing. Happy with the purchase.

My last HP was a “work horse” but very noisey and when it jammed......sometimes there was no way to get the paper out. This one has so many great features. Up to date with the times. I also love the auto ship ink featue!

The looks currently don't please, but it works well. The printer does vibrate a lot when printing though and has almost fallen off tables. That's why I give it a 4/5

Workhorse of a SMB / SoHo Printer

I got this to replace an aging and broken printer. This is more printer then I originally planned on getting, but here I am. The separation between personal and SMB printers has widened, and in order to get wired Ethernet you now need to get a business class printer. I talked to an HP sales rep at the store and he sold me on this thing. This printer is a BEAST! It's the fastest inkjet printer I've seen, and faster then some lasers. Every feature is amazing. Scanning from the panel could be better (the UI experience itself), but the end result is still good quality. The driver is my one complaint. It's clunky. It works, it just feels clunky.

Printing speed, sharpness, and scanning are all pretty good. Contrast and color depth are disappointing. This printer is NOT Mac friendly!! Definitely designed for the Microsoft world. It works well and set up is easy IF you have exactly the configuration HP expects. Deviate in any way, and you're in for major headaches. Don't bother trying to use this as a USB printer. It simply won't set up.
