This is a great printer. I love the ink program for a small fee ink will be mailed when ink is running low. In addition I enjoy the printing app so I can print from my phone. It has two trays for large volume printing.

Love my HP, easy to use. As I am a retiree, I can easily do various projects and assist my family when needed and grandchildren with school projects. My computer is an HP as well. Fax was easy to set up. I highly recommend it.

I love this printer. It was very easy to set up I love the fact that I can print from my laptop or phone with this printer my only concern is that is a little difficult in setting up the screen feature so I can send out fsxes.

Bought this for our church to replace our old printer. This printer is so much faster, give you the ability, to fax, copy, print, and much more. I sign up for the HP ink replacement which is a plus for me.

We bought this HP printer because we started to work from home and needed a printer with a document feeder. It performed well until the document feeder jammed and several small parts were ejected and broken. It was just one day past the non-returnable deadline, but with our local Best Buy being understanding, we were able to exchange it due to the extenuating circumstance. So far, so good with the replacement! (time will tell) Five stars if it wasn't for that situation. 5 stars to our local Best Buy store for excellent customer service!

Love HP Printers, so easy to set up and use. I got this for my daughter going away to college because we have been so happy with ours we have had for 9 years. I can always count on HP products.

Prints fast. Prints quick, prints clear. Multiple devices running HP+ still struggles to finally sync but overall dramatically improved printer in our office.

I love this printer a little bigger than I would like for the home but so far it has done everything I need fax,scan copy, scan to computer. Easy to set up. Can print by Apple Air or use hp smart app both work great!

Pros: Prints super fast and prints and pretty good quality. Cons: There is no way to adjust the contrast of your print. It does not match what the screen/photoshop shows. The colors are printed much darker and more saturated. The only way to try to get a more "balanced" color with your print is to de-saturate your image...which is really ridiculous in my opinion.

The printer is excellent so far. However, I have had issues with HP's drivers on Windows 10 systems. After the initial set up the printer worked fine. But later, via the printer queue, it would say the printer was off-line or that it was out of paper when it wasn't. However, the Win10 app called HP Smart would show that it was "ready". The only way I could get it back working was to uninstall and reinstall the software. This has happened on 2 systems but the reinstall seems to have fixed it (even though it was the same, current version of HP's software).

So far it has worked good. Quiet and prints relatively fast. Love the two sided print/copy feature.

Great printer…quiet and fast and takes a lot less space than my old HP. I don’t like the paper discharge tray…it’s a slide out tray and doesn’t let the paper lay flat.

Print quality good, speed good. Due to an HP glitch you can't scan a multiple page documents from the doc feeder without going to the computer and going through their process. I've had HPs before and you could scan a multiple page document from the printer itself. The scanning was an important feature for me, making this printer not that desirable. If I would have know that, I would have purchased a different printer.

This printer is quick and easy to set up. It only took 15 minutes. When printing it prints very fast. Only a couple of seconds to print a page. It’s not as fast as a full size office printer, but, it will print quickly.

It's a great printer. It's easy to follow the step-by-step installation sheet. I really like the screen, I call it communication screen. I haven't done all the features, but I can't wait to use them.

Kids are home zooming everyday for school needed a printer that could do it all. Very satisfying with my purchase.
