Easy to use So far only a couple of times it was not connected to internet. So far so good

I am very pleased with this new printer. It was an upgrade from a previous version I had and this one prints much quicker and with higher quality.

Great printer, easy to set up and use. It was easier to set up with a Mac than a PC but eventually I got the printer to work with my PC.

Not user friendly at all . HP is more interested in having you sign up for everything instead of making it simple to perform the functions. Still have not been able to figure out how to scan multiple pages thru the feeder. Do not recommend this printer

I have had many HP all-in-one printers over the years. I use this to fax a lot. The drawback on this computer is not being able to set up a phone book to fax on the computer to the fax machine. It may be somewhere in the set up but I have been able find as of yet.

I’ve only used my new printer a few days. I had to print over 600 pages of print. The print job was done quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased so far.

Quality all-in-one printer. Does everything I need reliably and well wirelessly. No issues in 2 years.

This printer is a good option for small business and home use. It comes with cartridges with VERY LOW ink level. Be prepared to purchase ink ASAP. The second issue is with web printing and printing from your phone: it is too complicated, you have to create an account and fill too much information, it should be as simple as Print, Select Printer, Ok.

We haven't used all of the functions of the printer. It prints very fast and well. The paper storage capacity is really nice.

Before bought HP 9025 I had read lots of reviews. It’s a nice printer if you are going to use at home. And Best Buy delivered within 2 days.

This printer is quiet and fast. This was an upgrade from an older model along the same line. It seems to work as expected and it is quiet which is a plus.

Went to pickup on designated day - not there. Was told that we would get a call when it arrived - did not. We called & found it was at store waiting for pickup. Printer is good, but did not have enough instructions on all functions. I have had to go online numerous times to figure out how to do different things. Time consuming, but all good in the end.
