Great printer, ink lasts almost as long as toner

My only complaint is the ink cartridges don’t click into place. If you press too hard the spring will shoot them out. The printer is pretty picky about getting them put in correctly but after they’re in it’s fine

The only complaint that I had was that you were not able to print a Word or Excel file directly from your thumb drive with that device. That seems like a small thing, but that makes it even more frustrating that that HP couldn't get that right! I hated to do so, but I had to return it.

Do not get this if you plan on printing to thick paper like card stock or making your own business cards. It will not pick up the thicker paper properly and you end up with your layout all messed up when it finishes. NO CARDSTOCK
