Tried HP+/Instant Ink-I will NEVER buy HP again.

I tried the HP+ and Instant Ink. 2 of the 4 ink cartridges they sent didn't work. I unsubscribed from Instant Ink, but the Printer stuck with HP +. Bottom line, both printers I tried this with, this being 1 of them, are now in the garbage can and I will Never Ever, the rest of my life buy and HP printer. That's all :-)

We upgraded to the only printer available to fit our needs in the HP brand and this one works great! The color on it is wonderful! We have several devices in our home from which we can request copies, so the only downside is it was difficult to get some of them to sync up with the printer.

I haven't had time to call customer service to figure it out

Had the 9025 before and loved it so much i had to get the 9025e. Instant ink is really a great deal. You do save alot of money. Proven and happy with the instant ink service. Totally recommend both.
