Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the OfficeJet Pro 9025's print quality, ease of use, and performance. Many appreciate the dual paper trays and the straightforward setup process. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud and on the larger side. The wireless functionality and scanning capabilities also receive positive feedback.

I am not IT savvy and this was so easy to set up. From the box, to the desk and hooked up to my lap top in probably 10 minutes. This is perfect for small jobs, both black and color prints and clean. It is not fast so if you want to print large jobs, I would recommend another model. I print out 1 - 10 page documents, double sided and am always pleased. I have not taken advantage of the scanning capabilities so I am unable to comment but the printing and copying aspects are great. I am very satisfied with this purchase so far. The sale price was great. The inks are a bit pricey but I trust HP and feel it is worth it. Hope this is helpful.

Glad I Switched to an HP Office Jet Pro Printer

I am very pleased with this printer. It replaced an Epson WF-4740 which had been continually jamming, had intermittent poor quality printing, and was sucking up ink. The HP Office Jet Pro 9025e was easy to set up and has excellent print quality both for text and color images. I have had it for almost a month and have done a ton of printing and still have not had to replace the ink cartridges that came with the printer. It also has a quiet mode feature which is awesome. It slows the printing speed down a tiny bit but that is certainly not an issue.

    3 Strikes You're Out?

Just unboxed and got things set up. I bought this to replace an 8630 that unfortunately got sacrificed to a lightning god (my best guess). Three things that stand out already that might drive me to a return. The real kicker is the last one, so feel free to skip 1 and 2 of my ranting and go directly to 3. 1. HP Smart app. This is the recommended means to install the drivers and control the printer from your device. What it actually means is that you cannot do anything from the app unless you create an HP account. Yes, you can still print from a program, such as Word, using the print dialog box and scan from the touchscreen on the printer. So, after spending your time installing the app, you basically just ignore the app. Unless you want to create an HP account, you have not real benefit. If you want to create an HP account, I anticipate the major benefit is that you can print from any internet connected device (assuming your file goes to the cloud?). That could be nice, but, ughhh, I just want to set it up and be able to print/scan from/to my PC! I haven't gotten it to work yet, but you can install just the drivers and software without the app and just do it old school. I'm hoping it actually works once I uninstall the app and reinstall the drivers and software without the app, but I've been messing with this too much already and just need to leave it in the state where I can print for now. I digress. 2. Dynamic Security. Oh, sounds to good in today's age of identity theft, right? Wrong. It means that the printer will only use genuine HP cartridges (or refills with a genuine chip). You can also lock the cartridges to your printer so they can't be used in another printer. I bought a second set on eBay (need two for refilling so you can swap). Hopefully the empties weren't locked to a printer! Also, dynamic security means updates that, if you were lucky enough to be able to use a non-genuine cartridge, HP will make the printer smarter with time and what used to work may no longer at some point. Be sure to make updates manual. 3. Last and most importantly, the output tray is abysmal. I read about this in multiple reviews and it's really as bad as people report. As pointed out in one review, the promotional images show the print output settting flat on the output tray. This is such a LIE. There is no way this would even happen. Even if marketing used a special sized paper that was shorter than the extended output tray, it still wouldn't lie flat because the flip up "stop" that automatically deploys when you extend the tray. I can't image how it will even work for a legal size sheet since it barely works for standard. What a complete joke and, unless I can hack an extension that allows the print to lie flat and be fully supported, this bad boy is going back. HP designers should be ashamed of such a lousy design and HP marketing should be ashamed of the deception, I mean LIES. So, those are my quips after 2 hours or so of ownership.

Item for HP Printer is better than my old HP Office Jet Pro 8600 that finally stopped working suddenly in April 2023. The NEW HP - OfficeJet Pro 9025e Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer does have issues with the paper / document feeder gets jammed up often!!!!!

This is an incredibly easy printer to use. The quality of the printed pages exceeded my expectations. I like the advantage of having two paper trays and leave one empty for printing envelopes or smaller pages. The only minor problem I had with it, and didn't feel it important enough to lower the rating, is that the printer fell off my wifi network once for seemingly no reason. Even then it was a breeze to get it back connected. I would highly recommend this printer to anyone who wants the advantage of multiple trays and the ease of wifi printing.

Ok, say what you want, however, HP is my go to printer for the quality and price hands down. I just replaced my HP that I have had since before my son went off to college. He has been out in the real world for over 10 years so gage my advice on that. Easy to hook up, simple to connect to the WIFI and was up and printing in 30 minutes. Even if you are one of those idiots who can’t read instructions or comprehend the English language you will find this the printer for you.
