This replaced an old officejet printer at our Church. It has only ben a couple of weeks but it has worked well and was easy to setup. It seems to be much faster and letters are crisp. We are hoping to get many years out of this printer. This is about 2/3 size of older one which is nice. Takes up les space height wise.

Bought on sale. Best buy reps very knowledgeable and helpful. Setup was easy. Took maybe 30 minutes mostly on firmware updates. Wireless connectivity is easy and works great. Print quality if super. Speed as advertised. Printer nice size, feels solid. Haven't used scanner or copier yet.

This is the 3rd HP Printer I’ve bought. They have consistently worked well, lasted many years, and been dependable. I love the options for copying, scanning, and how easy it is to use from any device. The only drawback is the slow startup when it is off or ink replaced, but it isn’t horrible.

I am a long-time fan of HP printers and when the one I previously had for 10+ years finally quit working, I purchased this one. It is more compact than my last one and easy to use. I have a home office so it is perfect for that and my personal use.

The 9120 is quiet, good quality printing. Was owner learning curve as my last HP printer was over 10 years old. The HP technical help was appreciated. Is nothing so far that I disliked about the product. Received my free ink also.

Bought this printer for home office use and set up in the basement. Connectivity good. Speed and scanning both check the boxes. Putting emails and destinations in the system with the keyboard more difficult than it needed to be with small letters. Overall recommend at this price point.

The printer works great; it is a little noisy as its printing. The feeder on the top has guides that i like so when you're scanning the paper feeds in straight, the same for when your sending multiple pages through the top. The feeder

HP Printer quality has gone down over the past couple of years but for the price I couldn't get an Epson printer which I wanted so I picked this up. So far I am very happy with this printer. I am trying to decided if I want to do Instant Ink or not since I think the ink for HP Printers is really overpriced but I don't want to pay a monthly fee to use a printer that I own. #1 - Printer setup was pretty easy and had no problems getting the device to print right away after setup. #2 - I really wish HP would include a year for free ink for the price. If you find this printer on-sale, I would recommend it.

I like this product and the printer does awesome for what I intend for it to do... The connectivity is wonderful I can print from phone or laptop anywhere and not be wired constantly... Thank you HP!!!

I had to upgrade to this model and I am glad that I did. It is so fast, clear, and quiet.

Great double sided printing, the 9125 hp printer is quick and quiet. Print is good quality. I would recommend this printer.

Had to replace HP 9010 printer that had stopped working due to multiple issues. Life span of these printers seems to run about 3 yrs (perhaps designed obsolescence). The other issue I'm troubled by is the significant expense associated with the HP Instant Ink print cartridges purchased that I've tried to use with my HP 9015e printer in our condo and the system indicates they won't work due to being intended for a different printer???? You'd think HP would allow interchangeable use of cartridges with the same product codes for cost efficiency and user convenience. Now I'll have to go find with HP Instant Ink Support to try to get a refund for approx. 8 print cartridges that they've sent out 'automatically' that I now can't use.

Very pleased with the printer. It is easy to set up. Also, the print quality is very good. It does sound a little louder than other printers I have had when printer, but it is nothing major. I would recommend this printer to others who need to print a lot as I do. Great quality for the price.

Good printer, so far no problems. Pick up was a bit of a rabbit hunt, the people at the customer service/pick up desk didn't have a clue and had to get a Geek Squad employee to find our order, so it took longer than it should have

The 2.7" color touchscreen control panel improves the setup and operation of this All-in-One printer / copier / scanner. Once I setup the connection to WiFi using the control panel, I was able to print from iPhone, iPad or Android phone without any additional software or app. Of course, the HP Smart app makes it easy to scan directly to phone, tablet or computer. I use HP's Instant Ink subscription. This printer provides 3 months of the service at no change.

I found this printer so easy to set up. The screen instructions, as well as the QR instructions, led me right through the process. I have copied, printed and scanned since setting this up and have had no issues at all.

I've always had an HP office Pro. This 9123 works great, mostly like the last model I owned. The thing I don't like is the cheapness - they've shortened the tray that holds the printed product, and made it two toned which looks cheap. I liked the all black. Some of the features are more complicated to use, like scanning, which sucks. And they are always wanting something from me with pop ups- definitely don't like that. However, for my purposes it works great and i suppose I'll learn to navigate the longer process of scanning.

set up was easy and have so far printed, copied, saved to computer files and all work fine. Also signed up for the ink program. Haven't tried to fax yet.

the print quality is great. the setup not so much. the hp app seems kinda slow at times. I would recommend this product for the quality of printing.

This is a decent printer. It's on the cheaper side and boy does it show compared to older HP printers. Lots of cheap, thin plastic. So far, it seems to work well. We will see how durable it is.
