    I had to replace my last HP printer as it was over 10 years old and was having issues that replacing was my only option. I went with HP again and am very pleased thus far. I do have to agree with others the the maintenance cycle is surprisingly loud. But if that is the only issue, then I will be happy with that.

    The Office Jet Pro 9120 provides all the services I have need of. I do not wish to participate in the automatic ink service and I did call to cancel--please do not interrupt my ability to use my printer! I use it on a personal basis in the confines of my home.

    I do like the print speed and that is color capable. However, no one let me know it isn't very good at printing photos. It doesn't have a photo paper holder, so I went online and discovered photo paper is to be placed where regular paper goes. On line also let me know that photos come out rather grainy. Fortunately, we don't print that many pics.
