My only issue is not being able to keep it connected to the WiFi. The computer is study and does a great job printing. I just need to figure out the user component of setting it up. Appreciate you following up! Becky Sawyefr

I've always had HP printers and just assumed that their print quality was pretty much standard. Then my old HP died and I didn't want to get involved with the whole Instant Ink business, so in the last 18 months have purchased a Canon and an Epson model with similar capabilities. The print quality on both was very poor. This printer gives me the quality prints I want and I am willing to pay more for cartridges sold by retailers in order to have that. Not a choice everyone can afford, but the right one for me. Very happy with this printer since I was able to decline the Instant Ink option.

The printer produces quality prints and copies quickly. The printer is as flexible as the larger office machines when it comes to what most of us print and copy at home. It is not designed to do large jobs such as invitations to parties of more than 25 guests. There was, however, a glitch in the connecting software with the producer of the copy that caused the printer to go off line. It took Best Buy technician to diagnosis and correct the problem. T

Because I had an older version of this printer which worked well, I purchased this one and am very pleased. I use it mainly for printing for my tasks as secretary to an organization as well as home printing--I write a lot. And I use it to scan. I especially appreciate the ability to print items on both sides of paper and from my laptop so when I get something I want to print I can quickly do it while continuing with whatever I was doing on the laptop. The ink cartridges are expensive but I don't know what is cheaper.

I've owned nothing but HP printers for the last 25 years and this may be the last one. My 9015 was easy to install, but the 9125 has been, and is a pain. Refused to be connected via wifi to my desktop, though the computer and modem are within three feet. Finally was able to connect with ethernet, and then had to deal with all the "serious error has been commited" messages, requiring continual repowering to clear. What happened to the old error free plug and play where you were up and running in minutes. Speaking of minutes, it takes this thing 48 seconds to start printing after you hit the print button. Tried all of the recommened resets to speed it up with no results. The ole 9015 started printing when you hit the print button. If it tells me one more time I have installed HP ink cartridges !?!? Will not let you connect the laptop via wifi as a second source. Had no problems setting up the scanner feature. Though others have reported difficulty. Based on other reviews and their problems, I think the purchase of a 9125 is hit or miss, and I would not do it again. Good luck with getting customer service!!

Excellent multi-purpose machine for home use. Excellent print quality. Easy setup!

The best printer I have ever had. It does everything and fast. If your thinking about a printer then choose the HP 9125e and your printing, copying, faxing will be accomplished.

I acquired the HP 9125e Jet Pro to replace my HP 8720, which had been using for number of year. I am very happy with it's performance and the new features such as loading the ink, displace screen, and loading paper. I would recommend it as an update. I additional received a $30.00 trade credit from BestBuy.

Can not turn device off. "Stop" button stopped working, very concerning to me. It used to work. I don't want to return the device because the printed pages turn out good, I don't mean that the printer is still printing, you just can' turn the "STOP" switch off. How do I get my 3 months o instantf ink for free?

I'm not a heavy printer but my printer had died and this one looked like it might be a good option. It has been. WiFi has not disconnected once since I've had it and that seemed to happen fairly regularly with my last one. The young man who assisted me in the store told me I would not be able to get the 3 months of Instant Ink free since I already had Instant Ink, but that was incorrect. I am getting the 3 months free. I love that I can scan two-sided pages! The printer is a little loud when printing, but that's not a big deal for me. Overall, I've been pleased with this purchase!

Great printer for a great price. Cartridges are expensive. So much faster and quieter than our old printer.

The setup was relatively easy; ink installation relatively easy; very good print quality.

Prints wonderfully. The color in the pictures is vivid even on regular paper or cardstock. Absolutely love this printer. Prints quickly and seamlessly. I would also recommend getting the ink subscription, which is cheaper than buying the ink separately. Easy to change the [paper] settings back and forth as needed. I use Microsoft for everything, always print exactly how it looks. LOVE THAT.

I always use HP Printers. This has been easy to set up and use. It has been great so far.

Works great but has trouble downloading software to connect my laptop.
