print quality perfect. It prints so fast i have a hard time keeping up with it. The free three month ink i receive it the following week after i got my printer.

After not having a printer for almost 3 years I was unsure to which brand to go with. Glad I went with HP. This has been very easy to print wirelessly from my phone! Recommended!

Best printer yet good quality good price good printer

My third HP Printer, I have the Best Buy warranty and I was able to get the printer and an extremely discounted price. I had an issue changing from letters to paper.

I only bought this printer because it is the only one that provides the functions I need without having terrible reviews. Now I'm questioning my decision. HP officejet all-in-one printers are usually fine, but I'm having trouble with this one shutting down/freezing at random times. All diagnostic efforts have failed and now the printer has started giving an error code. Time to take it back. Its still under warrant.

Love the printer. Fast. Connects wirelessly to your phone. Only negative is hp software a little slow to get printer connected... But after that, great.

The printer worked well for a couple of weeks, and then gave a cartridge error on the screen. It appears to be flimsy in build quality, and feels like it will fall apart when setting up and accessing the ink cartridge area. The cartridge in question was replaced 3 times with a new one with the same error, and there was a grinding noise and burning smell when turning on the printer. After speaking with 6 different HP representatives, I was offered a refurbished printer, just weeks after the purchase. The scan function at least did work well, and offered options for internet transfer. I gave the ink subscription service a try, it seems like a scam as the automatic mailings arrive after the ink is gone and limit ability to print, thus lowering your "need" for ink. The "free trail" must be canceled 1 month Before the trial officially ends to avoid being charged. I have owned over 12 printers (most at a much lower price point), and have never noted such poor quality in build and warranty. Bestbuy is wise to offer only 14 days to return the item, though it appears that offering this model for sell in their store gives their brand a poor reputation. I would suggest buying this printer if you do not require reliability and feel that replacing it within a few weeks with a refurbished model constitutes a fair purchase.

Works well. Need to take out a loan every time you need ink.

This printer jams real easy. With the brand ink it works great but ink that is offbrand. It doesn’t work as good.

It was easy to set up and it works well so far. Only issue I have had is mobile printing is having issues but it might be a phone issue and not the printer’s fault.

Excelent printer very faster and a very good price

I’m so happy I found this online from BestBuy. I returned another brand that I didn’t care for even though it received high reviews. This has everything I wanted and need.

Very disappointed would not hook up with my computer even with the cord and Store was no help, which is why I bought it there
