Works well. Hard to setup and customer service was not helpful.

Not as good as the HP 8600 that it replaced. Plastic pieces seem very flimsy I am guessing they will break quickly. Setup was easy.

I love this HP printer and just ordered a bigger one and I took the extra Geek squad warranty out again. Well worth it and Geeksquad is easy to work with and understand. I have used Best Buy for my hp printers, Iphoes and IPad pros. You’re the best, Thank you!

This device was easy to set up and get running. Has all the features needed to digitize my files.

I needed a new central printer for the house. Family doesn't print a ton but have student and a teacher in the house so far this printer has been great.

I tried few model for home office and this one are the best fit. The ink last almost 2 months and the double side print is a plus.

Prompting to send back. Print quality is terrible. Printed invitations and the ink smears and didn’t dry even after 12 hours. Print is not crisp and clear, has blur edge to it. Scanning to computer doesn’t work. Have to us a usb to scan too. Super noisy printing anything and printer shakes. Totally disappointed with this latest newly released in January.

I upgraded from the 8622 model so far this one seems to have many more features it is a little smaller and lighter weight than the previous model

Best printer I’ve ever had. It works amazing!! I can print right from my phone it’s very quiet and I love it.

Only issue was it can't be used on my older Imac. 2010 model. But I have a newer Macbook it work with.

I wish I bought this Printer earlier.It has really save my time and the set up is very easy another thing is I was so worried about getting a printer because of ink but you don't have to worry about ink or paper it will be shipped right to your home.

Easy to install, works great, and does not use too much ink.

It's confusing. It doesn't always respond. It's frozen up on me. I had to unplug it for an hour, the usual off/on didn't work. It says to leave it on all the time but when I didn't use it for a week, I had to do an off/on. I had an older model with the same options that worked better but developed a problem with one ink cartridge that made it obsolete. But I did get about 10 Yrs. out of it. I don't know about this one.

Easy set up & working well so far! Similar to what I had before but seems more efficient & quieter.

Great Easy to set up. Setting up Wi-Fi was a breeze. It took a while to setup scanning to laptop, but overall was great.

Initial setup refused to work. Waited for centuries on hold to talk to HP support. Could barely understand them. They kept reading the same crap to me that I had already been reading in their troubleshooting pages. Finally, got to 2nd level support and they wouldn't help anymore except to say the started cartridges were "probably corrupted". They weren't sure, just guessing. They said they'd send out new starter cartridges to arrive within 10 days. They never came.

Not as good as its predecessor - that I had for at least a decade. Clunky and limited. I've called for assistance at least six times. Good news is that the Service folks really are terrific. Gotta say that I had the Instant Ink service. Way too expensive for what I actually use.
