Constantly giving connectivity errors. You cant use a direct printet cable because there is a sticker covering the port that says that you must use wifi. I currently have an error that says “printer setup incomplete”. Which points to the printer having some sort of cloud services and not being registered. Even though the printer somewhat “worked” previously. This is the most complicated printer setup that I’ve done and I’m an I.T. technician.

Stayed having connectivity issues on the 2nd day. HP CS was able to help. 4 stars for a brand new printer having issues.

Excellent customer service at Best Buy when I purchaesd a new HP printer. No problems in using the printer daily.

Purchased this printer to replace 8610, that had hardware issues. HP printer has been spot on with setup, printing and HP instant ink already sending me replacements, for when I need it. I wish that this printer would have included 1 year worth of ink, instead of three.

Was concerned it would be too slow or poor quality but it works wonderfully! The scanning, while it only does about 20 pages at a time is fast and efficient!

I bought this hoping that the well-know issues with the paper tray would have been resolved since the printer came out a few years ago. It isn't, and the paper tray is a very tricky pain to load--any deviation from perfection means problems with paper feeding. Otherwise, it's fine. You need patience for this one, and the learning curve for successful paper loading takes patience.

So far so good. Upgraded from a 10+ year old HP Office Jet. Use it for my home office needs and works great! Highly recommend.

Does a very neat printing. Scanning multiple pages is a lot easier even when the mails are folded, the feeder doesn’t get stuck with paper. Very reasonably priced for work from home office set up

When my last printer died after 5 years of use, I did a minimal amount of research and decided to purchase this printer. I'm very happy with the ease of setup for both work and personal use and feel that HP has done it again and made a very good product.

Printer is working fine. Print speed compared to my old HP printer is great. So far I would recommend this printer.

I had a lot of problems with the 9120e, well so far so good. but I had an 8710 same brand and no problems at all.And so far I had to call about 3 times to get the problem resolved..

It was worth the money spent for the used capability and everything that I needed all in one I mean everything in once no more headaches hassles feeling upset because I bought the wrong printer now I have it all in one
