We purchased this printer for our public library. I would give this item 0 stars if it was possible. From the first day in trying to use it, it flashed "system error" & "printer error" messages repeatedly. It made odd, loud, clunky noises when trying to operate & stalled while trying to print even one copy for a patron. We are VERY disappointed in this lemon printer. We contacted HP & they deemed it defective & are sending the library a refund. For my personal use, I have had an HP printer for many years & have never had an issue with it, but this one was a huge disappointment & it's so unfortunate, since it was to be used in our small community public library. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

This printer is one of many HP printers I have purchased over years. My most recent printer was an 8230 which serviced me well. My wife is using it now. It is very fast and quiet.

The printer is great. It's fast and has vibrant color printing. And with the instant ink you can save a lot of money.

Easy to setup and produces nice prints. Shame the ink cartridges are so small and expensive.

Excellent upgrade and setup always easy. Due to wear and tear from over 5 yrs of use, replaced an older HP model. Paper handling is the best feature.

The first one I got was DOA. It did not pass the set up process. I brought it back to the store and customer service was amazing. I told them what was wrong with the unit and they exchanged the unit no questions asked. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. As for the product itself.. It is a great quality printer. Perfect for everyday printing and office work. It is nice that it has 4 cartridges. 3 for color and 1 for black. If one color gets low, only replace that color. The scanner works great as well. It was easy to hook up to the wireless network so you can print from either your computer or smart phone.

An absolute awesome printer! It's fast too. No complaints here, just should have bought it sooner. Go Bestbuy!!

Works great It was slow loading update out of the box but since loaded and restarted it has worked great

Very disappointed. HP not what it used to be. Had trouble installing software, printer worked for a while then in the middle of printing it stopped... had HP chat tech online for an hour to fix, he/she just made a mess, had many different printer devices loaded(?) nothing worked then lost the connection...I think they hung up! I deleted the mess, installed the printer again. Printing worked but three days later scan software had to be loaded...why? should have been done during install. Instructions are terrible, manual is a joke for a manual. I printed confidential stuff so how can I return this piece of junk now! $200 wasted!
