Great Easy to set up. Setting up Wi-Fi was a breeze. It took a while to setup scanning to laptop, but overall was great.

I’ve spent much time to get all print jobs handled properly. I don’t think I should jump through hoops only to fail at getting the print I want when it seems many originals recognize my Iphone and will only process to an air printer. Best I can tell, automatic printing is a thing of the past. I have a brand new printer that can’t handle every job. Let’s hope that, after more than a week’s frustration, and missed commitments, Geek Squad can fix it, though it will be too late even if they’re successful.

Another great HP printer. Rather large, but space for us is not an issue. Operationally it's quick and the print is crisp.

Ink is cheaper than last HP model I had that died.

The printer is a bit bigger than my old one, but I am totally happy with the quality of the prints even on plain paper. Highly recommend.

Slow receiving print commands. Good quality printing though.

Frustrating machine. Poor connectivity. HP service over phone horrible. Screen says “WiFi connection is excellent” but 75% of my attempts to print will “fail”. Moved the printer to be right next to my router & Still doesn’t print consistently. Horrible horrible. HP keeps telling me everythings working fine. My cable company came out to check my router. Tech said HP has history of poor connectivity. I’m so frustrated. Our other printer was 15 years old and never did this. Wish it wouldn’t have died which then led me to this junk.

This is my third HP office jet in 20 years. Great product. Had Best Buy install which made my life easy. Works faster than my old series. Takes up less room, too.

Scans and copies look really good. A bit cumbersome to set up for an office, but easy to use once that's done. The screen is a bit small, so if one needs to save file names or include a message for scans, best to use a stylus or the app.

This is a great printer for in home offices and even just personal. I have always had HP printers and they have never given me a problem.

This printer has met all expectations. The photos come out clear with no bleeding and documents are printed nicely.

Great printer but it doesn't print front/back so waste paper on some print jobs.
