I am very disappointed in this product. I have been buying HP products for many years, but this one feels cheap and flimsy.

Always was offline had Geek Squad remote into my laptop got printer to work and then the next day was offline again. Set up was difficult as well, not the right printer for someone over 50 in my opinion. Way to difficult, I returned it and bought a $90.00 Brothers printer and Love it.

Bad software clunky install and still challenging with windows 11. You’d think a standard windows 11 setup would be simple. Multiple challenges even though ip address is clearly identified and indicates a strong connection. AirPrint works fine.

    Absolutely NO SERVICE available.

It was unbelievably difficult to set up (wireless). Then after not using for a few weeks it would not connect to the wireless without a password that I couldn't determine. I then spent over 3 days trying to get support from HP but there are no contact phone numbers or available real person chat. The chatbot was absolutely useless. Because I now have a printer that I can not use because the manufacturer is not available for support, I will never buy another HP product.

I’ve had several HP printers and this is the worst one I’ve ever had. Even had Geek Squad set it up, but they didn’t do it completely and had to have someone come back again to figure out what the problems were. Keypad is a nightmare and very difficult to enter email addresses. Would give a zero if that was an option. HP service was even worse, they told me that this particular unit didn’t do scanning, although it clearly did. Found out it was discontinued after it arrived

    My Trust Has Been Violated

My old HP printer was doing fine until one day it gave an error message that didn't make sense. I went to BB and bought a new one three weeks, had it installed, and when an incoming telephone call was overrun by the fax function tones, I had to return it. It was a manufacturing error. I then bought to 912 5e, had it installed, and checked to see if the fax function worked correctly. It did and the Geek Squad Tech discovered that HP had set the fax recognition at two rings...not the standard six. He had a heckofa time getting into the printers software to reset the number of wrings to six, but he did it! Two days later....the fax unit had reset itself back to two wrings which caused me to miss an important incoming telephone call from my doctor. I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER HP PRODUCT OF ANY KIND. They have violated my trust, and do NOT support their customers,

"Scanner Failure" after owning this printer for 2 days. HP support is useless, spent hours on the phone with them and they were unable to help. Do not buy this product

The printer did not work well with the wifi . We always had to unplug the device and then plug it back in to reset the device. We had the Best Buy Geek Squad to come out to repair it and they could not so we had to change to another printer.

Android and Mac printing not possible

I bought this as an upgrade from an older model that had worked great for years. Unfortunately after several hours on the phone with tech support, I wasn't able to print from my Android Device (which is crucial in my family) or my Mac. Strangely, I was able to print from my Windows laptop.

      Hi tikoze,

      Apologies for the bad experience.

We'll like to help. We'll suggest updating the Printer firmware to resolve printing on Android phones as well overall reliability of the printer:

Update Printer Firmware (via Control Panel):
       https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HDzj0LkNIPY

After updating the firmware, use HP Smart app to setup and connect printer to the network.

      Hope that helps!

      Sincerely,
      Teo HP

Similar to my 9135e review, we tried the 9125e and, after 3 hours of text and chat with HP and two hours of chat with Microsoft, guess what? These printers are not yet compatible with the new MS Surface Pro 11, Snapdragon. HP points finger at Microsoft and, Microsoft points finger right back at HP, and I'm stuck in the middle. That's five hours of my life I'm not getting back, so both the computer and printer are being returned. Big Tech, Fancy new Co-Pilot? More like Big Grief. I'm getting a MacBook instead, problem solved!

worst printer ever. Basic install instructions and HP keeps stating it isn't complete. 5 hours trying to rectify this and HP Support said it would get back to me in 72 hours. Going back to Best Buy with this crap. Has anyone ever had an HP printer work just right?
