Great product for a great price! Good for office soace

This printer was easy to set up and works great, much quieter than our previous printer. Downfall is the price of ink.

i have not had this long but it is very good .. have not hd a HP printer in 20 years .. very satisfied

I had a lot of problems with the 9120e, well so far so good. but I had an 8710 same brand and no problems at all.And so far I had to call about 3 times to get the problem resolved..

Printer is always offline whenever i need to print. I have to go throught a process to set up the printer each time i need to print on a new day. Also the color print of a photo, on photo paper is no a brilliant color. Very flat color.

Nice printer, easy setup, the ink replacement is a bit pricey. I don’t print a lot but it works well with all my devices. I would recommend it

So far I am enjoying my new printer. No complaints.

On paper this printer sounded great on paper but it is kind of slow and often just doesn't print things. Sometimes I have to send something 3 times before it will print. I have to jump through hoops to even see what's printing (secret code inside the cartridge door). I connect wirelessly therefore printing from various areas (not sitting next to the printer). This set up makes it just that much more difficult.

Works great, easy to set up very affordable. I just bought this one for my business. It's been working well

I am a long time HP customer and my last unit was a HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer and it failed after 7 years of used. This replacement model just doesn’t feel as solid as my last model. Cheap plastic feeling. It feels like you need to handle it with kid gloves or you could break it. Also what is with the paper tray. It like it not design for 8x11 paper. Finally, I missed the email to print feature. Needing to use an hp app to send prints to the unit when not at home. Is a negative.
