It is not at all user friendly.......Scanning is difficult .....

I really like this printer so far haven't used it a ton yet. My favorite feature is being able to connect it to the internet and print from anywhere even outside your home.

Delivered on time. Installed on time. Have experienced on problems.

I’m not overly Impressed. It gave me low ink after less than 20 pages printed and often won’t connect to my phone or computer because it’s says it’s off Wi-Fi even though I have already set that up so basically I have to te out in my Wi-Fi every time I want to print from my phone or computer :(

Works great, it was a little difficult to set up and get it working with all of my items. Poor rating is due the small screen and can only be used well with baby fingers.

Purchased this printer after my old one gave out. As long as tou use the HP Smart app, this printer is easy to use. Make sure to take advantage of the free three months of the Instant Ink subscription.

noisily. poor-quality prints. poor software and firmware. returned and bought another brand that am happy with. HP went downhill compared to our old HP printer.

Needed to replace my home printer and found the best selection to choose from.

Very happy with the printer. At first I was getting a print error notice when I would click to print a job- but then it would print any way. now I do not get the error and jobs print straight away.

The driver prints whatever it wants, not what I want. For example, if I want to print two pages of a 12-page document, that's not an option. Thanks to HP's "smart" AI-powered system, the entire 12 pages will print. I'm hoping I can return it and exchange for a Canon.

This is the first HP printer that I hated. Jammed all the time. Luckily I bought an extended warranty so I was able to return it. HP even had the wrong sticker model on the side of the computer so at first, I was having trouble returning it because it didn't match the order. Customer service was great and we finally figured out that the sticker on the side was wrong. Not a big deal but I think an indication of how sloppy HP has gotten.

This printer was difficult to set up. Some of that problem is HP’s bad instructions. That being said, several days after I had actually gotten it to work, an update message appeared on the screen and would not go away, rendering the printer nonfunctioning. I guess I have to spend several hours with Hp’s squad of repair people. I am not happy. On a good note, the Best Buy personnel in the store (23rd Street and 6th Ave, NYC, were very helpful and even helped me get the box into an Uber. Thanks to their sales people. I don’t want to have return this printer. I want it to work.

It’s been good so far. Easy to printer wireless on a phone.

Great printer. Inexpensive printer that prints very nice documents.

This is my third HP, and I keep coming back for more. This is really a great printer, and I love the instant ink feature.

This printer was returned after a day or two because there was a problem with the firmware. An error message was on the screen that no one could make go away, not even the geek squad.

Fantastic option for a higher volume of printing; the Envy we had couldn't handle the volume of printing my wife needed as a teacher. So far, so good.

Printer works great, but setup is a bit frustrating

I am not to sure how the instant ink works. I do not like having to go to HP Smart App to Scan.

Printer works as advertised. Have had no problems with it.
