It was working great for a few months. Now it only works if I unplug it and plug it back in. Everytime I have to print something, I have to do this. Quite irritating. It’s not even a year old.

Display is difficult to read. No instructions included.

Got this for my home office. Works great, i can easily scan multiple pages and send to my computer.

Prints great but the wireless setup is the most difficult and frustrating part tonthis printer….even used the geek tech support but couldnt set up for wireless Mobil use…. Had to return this printer before i end up throwing it against the wall!!!

I have always had HP printers and they have been great. Apparently for this model the paper tray design is flawed in the fact that it doesn't recognize the paper size and for each page to print, I have to hit continue. I have tried troubleshooting and nothing has fixed this. Unfortunately it worked fine for the first 20 days or so and so I have missed the return period.

Setup was easy and hassle free, works great! Ink and paper are flawless.

Excellent printer and qualifies for Instant Ink. Paper tray a little small for big jobs.

I do not have dedicated wireless in my office so I was concerned about printer to comoutwr connection and the ability to connect to InstaInk. I was told both would be fine. Now I need ink, I cannot connect to InstaInk and have been told my HP there's nothing they can do after a total of 3 hours. The print quality leaves wavy lines if printing a big block if color. Only thing I like is 2 sided scan.

That's right officejunk is the correct name for this printer. Like the other one start reviews this is the worse printer I've ever owned from HP and I've been using them for decades. I just have read the other one-star reviews. Constant error, which I've been able to get around but now it will not and cannot print envelopes feeds them and crumbles them and then jams them. I'm going to have to find another printer to buy as this is not working.

Over all HP 9000 model is just good. Robust. Good for almost everything.

Great printer. A lot of set up - glad I have Geek Squad. The Tech was awesome!

This printer works great until the time comes when you need new ink cartridges. 150 for the full color and black ink cartridge, and guess what? You can only use their brand. HP is a joke.

This is, without a doubt, the worst HP printer that I have ever owned. It claims to be established in my Wi-Fi, but yet will not print from mt laptop, iPad or phone. I printed out a wi-fi network test results and it says that more then one Wi-Fi router has been found that matches your Wi-Fi network name SSID, Says to change SSDI name and password to correct. FIOS and I did this, changed these things in the printer setup, the printer claims to have thewifi set up, but continues to use the same excuse to not ptint. I purchased this printer less than 90 days ago and it is useless.

I tried to return the printer never having opened it, but was told that I could not because Best Buy has a 14 day return policy. If these are your terms, so be it, but I doubt if I'll ever make any big purchases from Best Buy again. I'm not saying that I will never shop there, just that with such a limited window for returns, I'll likely make larger purchases elsewhere.

Works very well. Needed Geek Sguad to set up WiFi access.
