    Good printer, lots of features. Difficult to set up. Has to call support and remove and reinstall 3 times. Would work then showed offline, then worked. Seems ok now.

    This printer is very nice and fast as well. We have had no problems yet. This is our personal printer so we don't print as much as we used to but it takes care of what we want to print.

    I only bought this printer because it is the only one that provides the functions I need without having terrible reviews. Now I'm questioning my decision. HP officejet all-in-one printers are usually fine, but I'm having trouble with this one shutting down/freezing at random times. All diagnostic efforts have failed and now the printer has started giving an error code. Time to take it back. Its still under warrant.

    Glitchy connectivity, noisy and slow. Worst HP printer I’ve ever purchased, and I’ve always only bought HP. I’m over the return period so now I’ll keep it as a spare.

    It was easy to set up and it works well so far. Only issue I have had is mobile printing is having issues but it might be a phone issue and not the printer’s fault.
