Great printer however it leads you to believe you must download HP smart to set the printer up and print this caused me some problems as I am electronically challenged. I found someone to help me and they set it up working around this system

It's just ok. I replaced a HP Printer that I had for a few years because as soon as the warranty was up on it, it stopped printing well even after cleaning and aligning the printer heads. I liked the idea of the ink tanks on this one but so far I'm not very impressed. The print quality on the standard print option is not good and it takes longer to print than the HP printer did. The feeder on the top of the printer has already jammed a few times. I will have to wait and see if the ink tanks make the other annoyances worth the switch.

Adequate printer for MAC but very cumbersome for processes. i.e. envelopes to reg paper and vice versa

I have experienced a myriad of problems with this printer. It does not pair well with my computer. In fact, I have not been able to print since purchasing it. I like being able to print from anywhere in my home but this printer does not print from other spaces even when the bluetoooth is on.

Great product. All the features that I need and more. Amazing Value for the dollar.

I really like this printer for my home office but it does not do well with envelopes. Often jams & takes too may steps to change paper size etc before you can print on an envelope. This is my 2nd unit. The first was defective and was returned.

It works, it has a much smaller footprint than my old 8620 hut i preferred the 8620's document feeder.

replaces our previous HP printer. so far works like a charm. lets see how it handles the taxes forms!!

Easy set up, however ink hard to put in. Wish the tray opened automatically to catch printed items.

This one had more convenient cartridge replacement in terms of the actual mechanics of it.

Loved this printer for about two weeks. Now it has blocked our phones. We are still able to print from our laptops. Hp support is no help. Frustrating.

This was the first time I used a HP Printer and I found it to be very versatile in use. I love the fact that it is an all in one. I don’t have to have a printer, a scanner, a copier and a fax machine.

It has poor quality in color repour a job of copy B/W is good and does many jobs

Still having problems integrating this into my system. Called the Nerds twice now

Ecellent printer. However a more detailed manual on the operation should be included.
