This printer works great and the quality of the printing is good. Little trouble setting it up , but once I got it connected everything is working great.

A little complicated in hooking up and had to have HP representative help me out but, the help was almost immediate. The representative was very patient cordial and friendly. Made sure I was totally satisfied with hooking up 1 computer, 2 laptops and 1 mobile phone. Has really a good quality printing. Takes a second or two for it to begin once instructed to print but I honestly believe that is due to my WIFI speed. Speed in printing very efficient and fast. Overall very happy with the product and the service. Definitely recommend it.

I have owned a HP printer for over 40 years. I have always loved their products up until now. I purchased this 9120 e and was very frustrated because I could not get it to connect to my phone. I'll call customer service numerous of times and they did try to help me but it always ended with something was wrong on my end. One representative said it was my internet and the other one trying to tell me it was my phone service. A long story short I finally was able to speak with someone that actually helped me to connect my phone to the printer which they had to put an email on the end of the printer name. Once I had that fix I immediately received a crucial printer error stating it was something wrong with the printer. I called back and they had to transfer me to someone else and another department which did help me resolve the problem. I asked why am I having so many problems with this printer and he informed me that it was their latest printer and they are working out the bugs. Right now the printer is working as expected if I have any more issues I will return it.

I'm not a heavy printer but my printer had died and this one looked like it might be a good option. It has been. WiFi has not disconnected once since I've had it and that seemed to happen fairly regularly with my last one. The young man who assisted me in the store told me I would not be able to get the 3 months of Instant Ink free since I already had Instant Ink, but that was incorrect. I am getting the 3 months free. I love that I can scan two-sided pages! The printer is a little loud when printing, but that's not a big deal for me. Overall, I've been pleased with this purchase!

Works great but has trouble downloading software to connect my laptop.

The printer is good. It took me awhile to get used to all the features. but it does printer, and copy very well. I do enjoy using the multi copy feature. Haven't tried scanning yet.

The OfficeJet Pro 9125e has exceeded my expectations. Setup was fast and easy. Access to ink cartridges is simple. The display/control panel is easy to read and navigate. Print quality is outstanding. Spending a little more was well worth the improved performance.

Connected easily to wireless home network and stays connected. Great quality print and easy set up overall.

Great printer for a great price. Cartridges are expensive. So much faster and quieter than our old printer.

I love the HP this printer, but my only complaint is that it does not turn on or off quickly. I takes awhile for it to get warmed up, shut off. Great quality prints.

I purchased this as I needed for my home office and school work, a fast printer that had multiple capabilities. Picture and print quality is great, but what amazed me is the speed of document printing. This to me was a feature I always wondered if it mattered, well to me it does and it did. I want to get another for our family printing to replace a old Inkjet.

We're glad we spent a little more money to upgrade to the HP - OfficeJet Pro 9125e. We've been using this printer over the past few weeks and it's never missed a print job, jammed, or caused problems our old Canon printer had. It was easy to setup print and scan across our iPhones and laptops. Print quality for both Black and White and Color is fantastic.

I use this printer for a home office and other personal use. The printer works fast and is reliable. The images are crisp and the scans are clean. Make sure that only the correct HP printer cartridge is used otherwise there may be issues with the printer. Other than being locked in with HP printer cartridges, it's a great product.
