Difficult to initiate use, finally went ot GeekSquad to download latest programs. The machine makes way to much noise when pulling paper and printing.

So far pretty good. Only negative is that every now and then it thinks it's out of paper when it is not. It prints very fast in high quality, both in color and black and white. Not too big and not too noisy. Pretty easy to setup. Way better than the Epson we used to have.

Works and prints well. Set-up was not easy, however. We have another HP printer onsite and getting this one (9125e) to recognize its own separate address was a struggle. If you're software-literate, it may not be a problem for you.

Works great. Set up was easy - until it wasn't. Ended up letting online guy take over and finish hook - up when I couldn't get it to work. Anyway, prints, copy and scans well. Touch icons are a little small but functional.

This printer was easy to install and the results of the printing are clear and bright colors! Highly recommend for anyone whether in business at home or just for personal use. Photos copy with great brightness and detail!

Great all in one printer. Easy setup and use. No issues.

Print quality is excellent. Printer is easy to use and can be accessed from all my electronic devices. The only thing I don't like is the short extender for the tray where the printed paper exits the printer.

Replaced an older HP with this one, and found it exceedingly hard to connect and get all functions working. HP support is somewhat difficult to reach by phone, and the printer requires an app to be used. =/. This doesn’t appear to be a necessary feature…since it was never necessary before. Makes one feel that HP is tracking all our activity. Not real comfortable with that. As for the Free 3 months of Ink, we may never get this since the app wont open it, and keeps throwing out an error, and its support team claims its got to be “reset This would then be the 4th reset since we’ve owned this machine…and the 5th tech we’ve spoken to at HP… and it means having All devices in the same place, and likely another long session on the phone to get everything done. Maybe it’s not worth it since other reviews state HP sends the ink when HP wants to, not when the customer wants it. The ink runs quickly, and then the agents at HP will have you printing like crazy, “just to make sure”. It’s a little like a game after a while…”how much of your ink can we use to get you to buy more. =(. Nothing against Best Buy, but maybe this deal wasn’t the smartest one.

Took a while to set up. Very noisy but print quality is good and printing is fast.

I had an old HP printer for ten years, I wasn’t ready for an upgrade but this printer has really set the bar high for me. It prints smoothly and offers very rich high printing ink which makes the paper come out smooth and clear to comprehend. It is new and improved of the HP lineup and Geek Squad did a great job setting it up for me!

Words good, but needs heavier paper to keep from jamming.

The set up was so easy. The quality of the print is great and we did sign up for the instant ink program which was also easy and fast. We have had other HP printers and this is so far the best for our home needs

This printer works great. The print quality is very good.

It was difficult setting up because it wouldn't connect with the internet. Several hours of support from HP and Dell were not helpful. Finally a support tech from HP solved the problem in about 15 minutes. Other than that it has functioned as expected.

I bought this printer because someone else in our office had the same one and then we could use the same ink. But it has different ink, so that didn't work out. I have to connect it using a USB cable because it won't stay connected to wifi. It won't print at all with an empty ink cartridge, which is the thing I hate about it the worst. I will be more cautious buying hp printers in the future.

So far so good. Its done everything i needed. It is louder then my previous printer but i alredu knew that based on previous reviews feom other users.

love this printer fast scanning photos are crystal clear..I would recommend it
