Printer is ok for my use but my last printer was much more user friendly. This printer seems to be noisy

I have owned a HP printer for over 40 years. I have always loved their products up until now. I purchased this 9120 e and was very frustrated because I could not get it to connect to my phone. I'll call customer service numerous of times and they did try to help me but it always ended with something was wrong on my end. One representative said it was my internet and the other one trying to tell me it was my phone service. A long story short I finally was able to speak with someone that actually helped me to connect my phone to the printer which they had to put an email on the end of the printer name. Once I had that fix I immediately received a crucial printer error stating it was something wrong with the printer. I called back and they had to transfer me to someone else and another department which did help me resolve the problem. I asked why am I having so many problems with this printer and he informed me that it was their latest printer and they are working out the bugs. Right now the printer is working as expected if I have any more issues I will return it.

This printer is doing a valuable job for me since I cannot enter my office in my wheelchair, but can wireless print from the den in my home. I have aides bring me printed papers, and refill the paper tray. Thanks for designing a reliable printer.

I've always had HP printers and just assumed that their print quality was pretty much standard. Then my old HP died and I didn't want to get involved with the whole Instant Ink business, so in the last 18 months have purchased a Canon and an Epson model with similar capabilities. The print quality on both was very poor. This printer gives me the quality prints I want and I am willing to pay more for cartridges sold by retailers in order to have that. Not a choice everyone can afford, but the right one for me. Very happy with this printer since I was able to decline the Instant Ink option.

Total Tech Geek Squad assistance was invaluable in setting up printer. While set instructions are easy to follow, I would not have had such a complete and comprehensive setup without the Squad, features I didn’t know I had, etc. printer runs flawlessly.

Great printer, reliable, efficient, and colors are crisp. However, the plastic looks cheap compared to previous HP printers I've owned.

Our old HP printer was getting slow and noisy and decided to upgrade. Extremely happy with the ease of set up and thr quality of the prints. I also enjoy the all-in-one and wireless feature. Would definitely recommend for a household average printing and scanning needs.

Prints relatively fast. Much better on ink use than prior HP printer. I needed a decent scanner/copy feature. This one was not as good as expected. Slow to copy, input tray less than expected unless you're looking for a quick jam, jams easily, doesn't want to scan smaller pages double sided AT ALL...mediocre machine at best. Tried to get customer service help when one of my scanned in documents just up and disappeared when I went to save it - they were TERRIBLE and had no idea how to help.

Purchased the HP Office Jet Pro 9125e in January of 2026, its working find so far so good!!!

Not the easiest to set up as I have two a different scanner printers for two different locations sit it was confusing to have both apps but it is up and running and works well.

Easy to install, easy to use, reliable, good quality, good functionality, good price.

The only thing I don't like is the size of the window where you select copy, scan etc. It's rather small. Everything else is great.

Can not turn device off. "Stop" button stopped working, very concerning to me. It used to work. I don't want to return the device because the printed pages turn out good, I don't mean that the printer is still printing, you just can' turn the "STOP" switch off. How do I get my 3 months o instantf ink for free?

Because I had an older version of this printer which worked well, I purchased this one and am very pleased. I use it mainly for printing for my tasks as secretary to an organization as well as home printing--I write a lot. And I use it to scan. I especially appreciate the ability to print items on both sides of paper and from my laptop so when I get something I want to print I can quickly do it while continuing with whatever I was doing on the laptop. The ink cartridges are expensive but I don't know what is cheaper.

Works great. Easy to install and use. Have always used HP printers and thy work great for me.

We're glad we spent a little more money to upgrade to the HP - OfficeJet Pro 9125e. We've been using this printer over the past few weeks and it's never missed a print job, jammed, or caused problems our old Canon printer had. It was easy to setup print and scan across our iPhones and laptops. Print quality for both Black and White and Color is fantastic.

What is there not to like about it. The looks, sleek design, easy to see and use control panel and much better holding mechanism on the platen cover to keep it opened in the up position. The compactness of the print cartridge holder is new but I am optimistic it will be a good step forward. The help software from HP is right on and a good asset for startup. That is it.

This printer has a great print style and prints picture with great accuracy

Needed a quick an easy replacement for a similar older model which was not longer made. This was an easy and quick swap out and is working well.
