It was very hard for me to set up my scanner because my WiFi didn’t easily connect and I had to use a cable. It takes a long time for the printer to print when I request it from my HP desktop computer. Maybe that is because it is not through the WIFI. I have a valid WIFI connection through Spectrum, so I don’t know what the problem is. I will try to call Geek Squad for this issue. The system should provide me with a more user friendly method of connecting WI FI, since it is apparently important for scanning capability. The quality of print is very good, so basically it is working for me.

The printer is excellent; my family enjoys it. We had an earlier HP which lasted for many years and finally decided to upgrade. Glad we did.

Works great but has trouble downloading software to connect my laptop.

Nice printer. Fairly easy to set up. Copy, scan, print.

Setup was confusing at the point where I wanted to use Instant Ink, which I already use for the old printer. Had to figure out the replacement. Rest of setup went ok, and I'm not a tech geek. Others say it's noisy--yes, sounds like all internal parts are grinding and groaning plastic. Scan feature worked fine. Lost home internet connection but it came back on without my help. Have used OJ Pro models for probably 10 years + Instant Ink. It's a dependable line.

This HP printer is on point. Surprisingly was easy to set up. The quality of print is GREAT!! Worth the purchase!!!!!

I really love this printer! It's so handy with all its multifunction capabilities. Once you have it, you can tackle all your office tasks without a hitch. The only thing I'm not a fan of is its size, but other than that, it’s been fantastic!

I'm not a heavy printer but my printer had died and this one looked like it might be a good option. It has been. WiFi has not disconnected once since I've had it and that seemed to happen fairly regularly with my last one. The young man who assisted me in the store told me I would not be able to get the 3 months of Instant Ink free since I already had Instant Ink, but that was incorrect. I am getting the 3 months free. I love that I can scan two-sided pages! The printer is a little loud when printing, but that's not a big deal for me. Overall, I've been pleased with this purchase!

This is a great printer. It was very easy to setup and use. Print quality is great. I love the instant ink program to make sure that I don’t run out of ink. I highly recommend it.

Switched from Laser to HP Inkjet. It does a good job of printing, although makes alot of noise while printing. Scanning and copy work fine. Ink costs as much a printer!

I like HP. This replaced my older HP printer. This one is good. But it does make a lot of noise. Hmmm. Hoping this doesn’t mean it will breakdown soon. So far, all is good.

With the discount from my Best Buy membership, this was a terrific buy to replace my HP Pro 8600 which finally died after many years of reliable service. Very easy set up with quality printing!

Prints with great detail, pretty quick, scans well

delivering requiring printouts. Only remark is not holding many pages after printing. we have to kept on removing for every 20 pages. otherwise, they fall on the ground, disturbing page sequence if not numbered.
