I'm completely happy with this printer. I does both 2-sided printing and 2-sided scanning automatically with the document feeder. It was easy to set up and print quality is very good. The salesman at the store was very helpful.

Great printer and you don’t have to sign up for the instaink program you can buy your own ink as you need it but it is cheaper to signup for the instaink program. The only downside is you have to remove all your regular paper and install photo paper whenever you want to print pictures, it does not have a separate tray for photo paper.

Installation was simple and I was easily able to add it to my HP Instant Ink account. I don’t print very often but so far it has responded well to requests from all the devices in my network (iPad, iPhone, MacBook, and Win11 PC. )

I had my previous HP about 10 years and am not a techie, which may explain why I found setup for this printer very difficult. It seemed as if Windows was the default. I had a lot of trouble with my Mac laptop. I worked with the Smart app for some time, at one point even trying to input serial numbers that were ludicrously tiny and hard to read. Eventually, I tried rebooting my modem/router and my laptop recognized the printer. So perhaps it was a Wifi issue all along. I just found setup difficult with a Mac and instructions for troubleshooting with a Mac were really confusing. The first or second time I used this printer I had a paper jam. But that hasn't happened since. I really like the speed of printing and the look. I didn't subscribe to the ink plan. Now that the printer is set up, I'm finding it to be pretty good overall.

Printer works great. The sales person at Best Buy was very helpful, as well as the technician who installed the printer for me. After installation the technician explained all the function on the printer. I am pleased with the printer and grateful for Best Buy.

I needed a high-end ADF feature. You can't find one without spending a lot of money. I chose this mid-priced HP. It works for basic tasks. Some immediate connection issues, hoping it's resolved. Small business needs sufficiently done.

I've had to make some adjustments in how I print: I don't think this is an improvement over a much older version. However, when it does print the way I want, the result is just what I want.

It does print and print quality is good. However, I believe this printer to be substandard. I have never had any other printer than an HP and they are truly going downhill. Last one I purchased was over 10 years ago and features and options much nicer. Problem 1: this does not have a cancel print option on the printer itself. Side note, I spent time two days ago chatting with HP support. They opened a ticket and within 2 days closed it even though they provided no help. How can you close a service ticket when you don't help?! Problem 2: There seems to be no way to reduce size of what you wanted printed so now I have to scan to my computer and shrink it and then print. Problem 3: The thing is loud, way too loud. Problem 4: The output tray is not tall enough and if you have printed too much, paper jam happens with double sided printing, ask me how I know. If I could return it, I would. Not sure what is going on with HP, but it is not good.

There was no manual. I went back to the store, the cashier told me to look for it on line. Cause, she added, a lot of items come that way now. It prints nice but a littĺe noisey and hard to see the buttons.

We replaced our nine year old printer with the HP Office jet Pro9125e. The printer is fast and print quality is great.
