I went with this printer because it’s similar to the one I had growing up, and it’s been great so far. It’s really easy to use, and even when it jams it doesn’t turn into some huge problem I have to solve. The app and online features make life easier too because I can print from anywhere. I have a pretty crappy printer at work, so having a good one at home makes it way easier to keep things moving..

Works well. Easy setup. Quality is great! would recommend for a home office.

A bit noisy and some print issues that I need to address with HP.

This printer is great. The paper tray holds almost half a Ream of paper, a lot more from my old one. Print and color quality is perfect. I'm very satisfied with this product. This is the third HP printer I have owned. I would not want any other. HP is tops to me.

I had to get used to a different printer but it was quite easy to catch onto even for a lady in her 70’s . It works very well.The Brighton Best Buy was so helpful with our purchase. I would always go here to make my purchases.

Reasonably priced for a home and small business printer. HP Support available for set up or any other issues that occur maybe once a year if even that.

Works great! Second one we bought so we each could have one. We don't print a lot but we do a lot of scanning and copying. The great thing about this printer is that it has duplexing capabilities. Don't find that in a lot of the newer ones.

It works!! It prints!! It feeds paper out in front, not out the back; It copies!! So far it has done everything I have wanted it to do. Having a little problem getting it connected to the internet and scanning to and from my PC, but Geek Squad will take care of that for me. Wonderful product, lightweight easy to move and clean around, and fits better in its location -- not too tall or wide.

It does print and print quality is good. However, I believe this printer to be substandard. I have never had any other printer than an HP and they are truly going downhill. Last one I purchased was over 10 years ago and features and options much nicer. Problem 1: this does not have a cancel print option on the printer itself. Side note, I spent time two days ago chatting with HP support. They opened a ticket and within 2 days closed it even though they provided no help. How can you close a service ticket when you don't help?! Problem 2: There seems to be no way to reduce size of what you wanted printed so now I have to scan to my computer and shrink it and then print. Problem 3: The thing is loud, way too loud. Problem 4: The output tray is not tall enough and if you have printed too much, paper jam happens with double sided printing, ask me how I know. If I could return it, I would. Not sure what is going on with HP, but it is not good.

Our old HP-OfficeJet Pro gave up on us. I love this new version. We also purchase the HPInstant Ink program, we already got I first shipment of ink.

Good for office work and really reliable. It’s fast and simple I love my printer

I bought this machine and was hoping for a delivery and a set up. I got the delivery within two days, but no one was available to set it up or to take back my previous printer. The machine works great and only once did it say it was off-line causing me to take it off my computer and put it back on and that seem to rectify things. It is a very reliable printer, and we print electronically from our computers.

I always choose HP. Great products & service. I love the convenience of the ink program
