    The HP printer so far is doing everything that I want it to do. This is my second HP Officejet Pro. My other lasted for several years. This one does seem a little less sturdy than my old one. Overall, a very good product

    I love my HP computer and the matching HP ink-jet printer! The quality of both are phenomenal !!! I needed the Geek Squad's assistance to set up the printer(I'm &# years old with limited computer experience). The Geek Squad agent came at the set time and did not leave until everything was completed and I understood the mechanics of the computer and printer.

    I’ve spent much time to get all print jobs handled properly. I don’t think I should jump through hoops only to fail at getting the print I want when it seems many originals recognize my Iphone and will only process to an air printer. Best I can tell, automatic printing is a thing of the past. I have a brand new printer that can’t handle every job. Let’s hope that, after more than a week’s frustration, and missed commitments, Geek Squad can fix it, though it will be too late even if they’re successful.
