    Good printer works well. HP ink is a bit pricy. Set up was easy for me ( low to middle skill) user.

    Set up was a pain and took three hours as it gave a false reading of a leaky ink cartridge that changed from cartridge to cartridge and then took an act of God to persuade the person on line i was NEVER given them control of my computer to fix my new printer. Finally he suggested a full reboot by unplugging it. Hey, worked fine after that. Crisp printing and has worked great since.

    The setup was pretty easy but if you have Google Pixel 6 , it will not work for it.

    Not as good as its predecessor - that I had for at least a decade. Clunky and limited. I've called for assistance at least six times. Good news is that the Service folks really are terrific. Gotta say that I had the Instant Ink service. Way too expensive for what I actually use.

    Flimsy construction, power switch sticks,stops printing before file is fully printed, no rear paper stop in tray, extremely noisy, small hard to read display. Doesn't compare to my previous HP 8600 pro.

    It was working fine as long as I signed up with the HP ink program, however, it limited the amount of paper allow to print. Bought off brand ink that is compatible however, the print won’t print properly. Only works if I is HP ink with the subscription. Did a factory reset but still cannot print. Useless printer.
