A solid, good printer- does what it's supposed to- there have been a few times it's lost connection to the wifi network but that's easily fixed.. overall worthy upgrade from prior model

This printer has excellent printing quality and is very easy to use. If you use VPN, you will need to turn it off while using the printer.

Very good printer for our needs; easy to use. Little noisier than previous HP printer. Scan and copy functions work fine. Hopefully its quality and consistency will continue for the long term.

Our printer has been an absolute dream. No jams have been experienced. Overall if I can simply figure out how to fax I am completely open to a tutorial of how to use that function. The ease of use and overall quality make this product, one I will highly recommend.

Not easy to set up, Makes a lot of noise when it gets ready to print. However, it does a good job printing, copying and scanning. Don't know about the ink plan yet

Working well since purchase. Not as sturdy as OfficeJet Pro 8160 was. Cannot see ink level. Viewing window more difficult to read. Do not like slanted paper catcher; prefer straight. Would prefer case to be all black. It took over 1 week to receive Instant Ink initial delivery; I used to be able to order HP ink from Staples with 1 delivery day.

Replaced older version of same printer. Nice printer. AI converts docs into more efficient doc to print. Separate cartridges more efficient-no waste. Print from anywhere. Easy easy setup. Print queue sometimes get confused and have to restart spooler (updates current). Side flash drive slot means nothing can sit right next to printer (4"). ADF is sooo helpful.

Easy to set up. Works great. I purchased this printer because it replaced an HP same type printer I had for many more years than it should have lasted.

Easy setupJust got my hands on a lightly used printer, and so far, it's working like a charm! I was a little nervous about buying pre-owned, but this one was a fantastic find. It was super easy to set up, and the print quality is surprisingly good. I've already printed a bunch of documents, and it hasn't missed a beat. Definitely a smart purchase if you're looking to save some cash!

Able to fax. Fast and easy to set up and use. Not very heavy.

This printed replaced my old Office Jet Pro 8600. The dimensions are slightly smaller than my old printer, but still takes up a good chunk of space on my home office desk. The set up is fairly easy and the hp app can be used. I did have problems with the unit freezing up when not used for some time and it has to be reset or unplugged. Works fine if used regularly.

This printer is great. Quick, easy to use in general and for use as a network wireless printer. This was exactly what we needed and it exceeded our expectation. Thank you HP and thank you Best Buy for having exactly what we needed.

Ease of setting up; I printed single and multiple pages in color without wet ink; The flatbed and document feeder is a nice feature without paper flying everywhere. I love the control panel touchscreen showing the scanner. Overall easy to use.

I replaced an HP Officejet that I had for 10 years. Thus far, this printer works as well as my old one. The only down side wot both my old HP and this HP is the cost of the ink. I would buy this printer again.

great price works good easy to set up copy,scan and prints fast

My old HP 4550 office pro printer stayed giving me problems, so instead of spending money to fix it, I began scouting out new HP printers. I went inside Best buy to take a look around with a few in mind. After looking at certain ones on display, the salesperson helped me narrow my search down to the HP 9125e. I was not familiar with these new printers and the "e" behind some of the names. What stood out was the instant free ink trial for 3 months. This printer also featured all in one, scanner, copier and fax were important features to me. Upon taking it out for set up, set up was a breeze. My cons are: the fimsy paper tray and the paper holder that prints the copies out. A terrible design that doesn't really hold the copies that spit out. Another flaw is how wet the colored copies come out. You almost can't really touch the copies right away. The upside was the great sales price. Overall I would recommend.

Needed a new printer for a home office to replace an old 8630 that was failing. This printer seems to do the trick. The touch screen is really small and not so easy to use. Finally found an old stylus to use on it. Like most printers, it sometimes loses connection and just needs to be turned on and off again. Not too much of a big deal.
