Great printer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm loving my new HP printer. It has ALL the features I'm looking for. But, just like any other printer I get, there's issues with multiple pages feeding at once every now and then

Adequate at best
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was going to do a pros a cons list, but I cannot think of any helpful pros. My biggest pro is that it can hold a lot of paper at once. Cons: App is miserable. AirPrinting does not always work. Difficult to print if you cannot print via the app. Barely used, and I already had a difficult to remove paper jam. Print and scan speed are extremely slow. Ink consumption is aggressive even when using “draft” print quality. If you can get this for $150, it is fine. Otherwise, this tier is not worth it. I wish I would’ve spent the extra money and got a printer that scans and prints at a much faster speed. A Brother-branded printer would’ve been a better choice for me had I had enough time to experience all of the downsides with this HP all-in-one.

"It's easy to set up" reviews are false
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this to replace a lemon Epson (BB purchase) that would almost never print wirelessly. This setup was perhaps the most painful install I've had going back to the mid-80's! (started with a Tandy 1000 lol). Printer connection to the network was quick, but no access to printer from laptop (a 2023 BB purchase). Needed a code that was not visible on the printer control panel, online documentation directed to print the "web services information page" from the printer to get it, and if this page and code actually exists it is so well hidden that you will not find it. And so on to Geek Squad support I go around 9AM. I'd already previously enrolled in the remote support so I thought that this would take minutes to resolve. EIGHT hours and NINE agents later, 3-4 times just disconnected by the agent with no notice (and I was polite and patient throughout), and all it would do is print, so I had to figure out the last steps to scan myself. Argh! This may be a fine piece of equipment, time will tell, but just a brutal setup experience despite what the incentivized reviewers may say.

Posted .Hi JayA,
Apologies for the bad experience.
We'll like to help. Here's an Unboxing & Setup video for reference:

We'd suggest to Update Printer Firmware (via Control Panel) for improved reliability:

For connectivity, if a Wireless Reset is needed, here's a resource to help:

Hope that helps!

Cheaper than older models
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to buy a new printer when my old HP 8600 ink jet finally died. This was the upgrade. I feel it is cheaply made although it does do the trick to print. I have not tested it with high quality color prints yet.

It's just alright
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We had a great old HP 8720 that was a work horse and ran for years. We looked at ones where you refill the ink, but they don't print as many sheets per minute, so we went back to an Inkjet. It's ok, but not as strong as our HP 8720. I'd say the drawer that receives the paper is not great. The old one had a really nice shelf to hold the paper after it came out.

Can't Scan/Print Legal Size Documents? I Can Now.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to replace my current printer because I couldn't send or print legal size documents. The HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e solved my problem. I can print, copy, fax and scan/e-mail documents. I also can scan documents using my iPhone using the HP Smart app.

It does not work.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this device and it has not worked. It arrieved with empty cartridges. I called customer support with hp and they attempted to have me go through steps. It did not work i had two sets of ink cartridges arrive and both did not work. I had tobsend it back and pay to have it packaged at a cost of $27. I received another printer that was refurbished but I was told that they would send me a new one. The replacement was sent without the print head. They told me that i did not need to send the old printer after the fact and stated that they needed the printhead. I am so disgusted. I bought this because I needed for my work as a real estate agent and a notary public. I have lost time and money printing outside of my house. I would advise everyone and anyone to avoid buying this.
