I've owned nothing but HP printers for the last 25 years and this may be the last one. My 9015 was easy to install, but the 9125 has been, and is a pain. Refused to be connected via wifi to my desktop, though the computer and modem are within three feet. Finally was able to connect with ethernet, and then had to deal with all the "serious error has been commited" messages, requiring continual repowering to clear. What happened to the old error free plug and play where you were up and running in minutes. Speaking of minutes, it takes this thing 48 seconds to start printing after you hit the print button. Tried all of the recommened resets to speed it up with no results. The ole 9015 started printing when you hit the print button. If it tells me one more time I have installed HP ink cartridges !?!? Will not let you connect the laptop via wifi as a second source. Had no problems setting up the scanner feature. Though others have reported difficulty. Based on other reviews and their problems, I think the purchase of a 9125 is hit or miss, and I would not do it again. Good luck with getting customer service!!

Easy to install. Both printer and scanner are easy to use. The app that you download onto your computer and phone is also very user friendly.

The setup was relatively easy; ink installation relatively easy; very good print quality.

Very easy setup and takes up less space than my older model HP.

Prints wonderfully. The color in the pictures is vivid even on regular paper or cardstock. Absolutely love this printer. Prints quickly and seamlessly. I would also recommend getting the ink subscription, which is cheaper than buying the ink separately. Easy to change the [paper] settings back and forth as needed. I use Microsoft for everything, always print exactly how it looks. LOVE THAT.

Great printer a bit faster and does two-sided scanning of standard thickness sheets. Although probably great for thicker small sheets (I.e. photo paper), jams unexpectedly using the feeder for 5x7 regular paper - can’t eject shorter sheet properly past input guide. Corner of paper does not clear and gets stuck.

We love this printer. Our last printer quit on us when we needed it the most. We decided to check out your website and this was the PERFECT printer for us. It was like it had our name on it. I went and picked it up and the pick up was great. It fits perfect in our home office. It does all the things we have been looking for in a printer, especially us being able to "scan" documents, that in itself is phenomenal! Thank you Best Buy for having the perfect printer "in stock" and it was on sale!!!

Noisy but good . Ink has gotten real expensive I should have bought one with refills

I always use HP Printers. This has been easy to set up and use. It has been great so far.

I love the HP this printer, but my only complaint is that it does not turn on or off quickly. I takes awhile for it to get warmed up, shut off. Great quality prints.

This printer is one of the best printer I've had. It works faster and it's easier to work with, I highly recommend especially for businesses and invoices, very job well done.

Total Tech Geek Squad assistance was invaluable in setting up printer. While set instructions are easy to follow, I would not have had such a complete and comprehensive setup without the Squad, features I didn’t know I had, etc. printer runs flawlessly.

Works well but is much louder than my previous HP printer.

I use this printer for a home office and other personal use. The printer works fast and is reliable. The images are crisp and the scans are clean. Make sure that only the correct HP printer cartridge is used otherwise there may be issues with the printer. Other than being locked in with HP printer cartridges, it's a great product.

I purchased this as I needed for my home office and school work, a fast printer that had multiple capabilities. Picture and print quality is great, but what amazed me is the speed of document printing. This to me was a feature I always wondered if it mattered, well to me it does and it did. I want to get another for our family printing to replace a old Inkjet.

The print quality is good but it is noisy & there is no way to adjust the paper length in the paper try so sometimes the paper shifts & I get the "paper empty" message when it is not empty.

This printer works great and the quality of the printing is good. Little trouble setting it up , but once I got it connected everything is working great.
