The OfficeJet Pro 9125e has exceeded my expectations. Setup was fast and easy. Access to ink cartridges is simple. The display/control panel is easy to read and navigate. Print quality is outstanding. Spending a little more was well worth the improved performance.

I have owned a HP printer for over 40 years. I have always loved their products up until now. I purchased this 9120 e and was very frustrated because I could not get it to connect to my phone. I'll call customer service numerous of times and they did try to help me but it always ended with something was wrong on my end. One representative said it was my internet and the other one trying to tell me it was my phone service. A long story short I finally was able to speak with someone that actually helped me to connect my phone to the printer which they had to put an email on the end of the printer name. Once I had that fix I immediately received a crucial printer error stating it was something wrong with the printer. I called back and they had to transfer me to someone else and another department which did help me resolve the problem. I asked why am I having so many problems with this printer and he informed me that it was their latest printer and they are working out the bugs. Right now the printer is working as expected if I have any more issues I will return it.

Great printer and fast printing. I would recommend to anybody needing a printer to buy this one.

At first we had a bit of trouble getting it to connect and there are some minor issues printing. We enjoy it and use it everyday. The quality of the print is wonderful. I would recommend this product.

Easy to install, easy to use, reliable, good quality, good functionality, good price.

This was easy to install and has been working great. My only reason to not give 5 stars is it doesn't come with the cord to connect to your computer - in case you don't have wifi. Not hard to grab one of those though!

The printer is faster than I expected. I just used it to scan 40 pages with text on both sides, and the printer performed flawlessly. Long-term performance is always the question with HP printers.

I had an "envy" printer for years. (which I loved) This one has many problems. Construction - the paper tray is extremely tight, you have to fight it every time you load paper. Noisy - clank and banging when it is setting up. Instant ink program - maybe it is me but it is hard to understand the program. (written by attorneys not instructors.) I canceled the ink program. After two months I was sent an email and said that I printed more than 50 pages, I owed them $2.50, and they were shutting down my ink cartridges, I don't know how they do that) I had to resign into the ink program. They now have complete control of my printing; both printed pages and ink supply. BIG BROTHER

We're glad we spent a little more money to upgrade to the HP - OfficeJet Pro 9125e. We've been using this printer over the past few weeks and it's never missed a print job, jammed, or caused problems our old Canon printer had. It was easy to setup print and scan across our iPhones and laptops. Print quality for both Black and White and Color is fantastic.

This printer has everything I need copy, fax and scan. It works flawlessly with my phone or computer

Excellent printer. Prints my Racing Form very well which allows me to see everything and do my handicapping, as well as many other things I print, like various articles from the internet. Works very well on Wi-Fi. Get the Wi-Fi ears for excellent connection and fast printing.

Needed a quick an easy replacement for a similar older model which was not longer made. This was an easy and quick swap out and is working well.

It is functioning as advertised. I will reserve judgement for the future.

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HEWLETT-PACKARD PRODUCT EVER BECAUSE OF THEIR ILLEGAL PRACTICES!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF IF COULD! AVOID HEWLETT PACKARD PRINTERS AT ALL COST IF YOU WANT TO USE NON-HP INK BECAUSE HP INK IS TOTALLY OVERPRICED! FOR THE FIRST 9-10 MONTHS MY HP PRINTER ALLOWED ME TO USE NON-HP INK. HOWEVER, HP THEN BURIED SOMETHING IN AN AUTOMATIC UPDATE THAT PROHIBITS ME FROM USING NON-HP INK. TOTALLY LOCKS UP PRINTER AND MAKES UNUSABLE UNTIL YOUO INSTALL HP INK! I SPENT HOURS ON THE TELPHONE WITH AT LEAST FOUR CUSTOMER "SERVICE" AGENTS. THEY ALL REFUSED TO HELP FIX THE ISSUE, AND LIED TO ME AND TOLD ME HP DOES NOT DO ANYTHING TO PREVENT 3RDF-PARTY INK EVEN THOUGH PRINTER GIVES NOTICE: "The indicated cartridges have been blocked by the printer firmware because they contain a non-HP chip." HP HAS BEEN SUED OVER THIS AND LOST CLASS ACTIONS BUT CONTINUES THIS DESPICABLE AND ILLEGAL PRACTICE.

Prints quickly and clearly. It's a bit noisy. The only problem so far is getting the back cable to stay in. It does not fit in snugly.

Excellent machines, does overthing I need and more!
