I LOVE this sturdy printer! Duplexes without jamming, print quality is excellent, and easily and cleanly prints large documents containing full color pages. I use it at home for everything and anything! Scans well, too! It’s the best HP printer I have had yet! I also added Instant Ink (as I have done so for years), AND included the paper this time since I’m enjoying the printer. It’s eco-friendly and sustainably sourced paper, too! So glad I chose this woth the help of a Best Buy employee!

This new machine talks to my computer !! I can copy, print and even scan !! I have been without print/scan since Spectrum updated their equipment. The old machine was compatible with Microsoft 11, but would not have been able to scan.

The printer is nice with some neat settings. However, for the price, the paper holder should more easily hold letter size paper. The paper tray has a pin and it does not go all the way down to letter size. Also, look at ink prices before you buy the printer.

Prints quickly. Icons are easy to see. Quality of print and copy is good.

After purchasing an inexpensive Epson printer and being disappointed with my purchase, I decided to splurge and revert back to the tried and true - HP! This is the third such printer I have owned and it doesn't disappoint. Intuitive and easy set-up, and multi-functional and perfect for home office. Highly recommend!

I went with this printer because it’s similar to the one I had growing up, and it’s been great so far. It’s really easy to use, and even when it jams it doesn’t turn into some huge problem I have to solve. The app and online features make life easier too because I can print from anywhere. I have a pretty crappy printer at work, so having a good one at home makes it way easier to keep things moving..

Cannot print manually. Need to scan document and then print from the scan.

When the printer works, It’s great. The problem we have is that it will randomly be “offline”. The printer is hard wired to the network, but still at times is unavailable to use. When it works, it works just fine. A little slow, but you get what you need. I wish it would stay connected all the time. Otherwise, it’s a good printer.

Does everything great. I went with the HP instant ink but then canceled after doing research. Printer does everything i need. I already had an HP printer that lasted me 9 years. I will stick with HP ANY TIME!

I am very pleased with our new printer and its ease of operation. It also is very quiet and moves at a good clip.

Would have given it a 5 star except that it has AI-Enabled. Can they just make the product without spying on everyone. Don't need Cloud, Copilot or any other AI Cr@).

WOW after an hour online and on the phone asking for my 2 year printer refresh that i have been paying on for 3 years, and my portal says the printer is eligible for a refresh, the response from their support supervisors" "Please accept our apologies that the feature you request is not available at present to get a new printer under the HP Platinum subscription, the only way is for the HP All-In Plan." so the only way i can get a printer refresh is to join a new more expensive plan. they will of course allow me to stay on my current plan but will not honor the printer refresh. Any one else have this issue? want to join yet another class action lawsuit against HP? what happened to this company. here is the link to where they clearly say i get a refresh but they WILL NOT honor it. Really appreciated the easy setup of the printer and connection to our home network. Have experienced challenges with other technology setup in the past and this was very simple. Great instructions. Great quality prints.

This agreat worhorse fora home office. screen has all the optios. It was a bit higher than I thought but is a fntastic printer.I've had HP for 20 years and this did not disapoint.

Excellent product for home office print. No issues yet. Happy with purchase and highly recommend. Note: Little noisy when printer is warming up. Not bothered though.

This printer is a definite upgrade from my 9015e printer that would not clear a paper jam after frequent successful attempts. It prints fast, seems quieter than my previous model, and the set up was easy.
