I really like how I can print from anywhere. If I’m away from the house and my kids need something printed, I am able print from anywhere.

hp makes you download multiple systems/apps on your computer to make this printer compatible. I went from a BROTHER to this and it's a huge difference. This printer is not user friendly. I would not recommend.

Very happy with this printer. Easy to print from different devices, and easy to scan. Also, love the double sided printing as well.

This printer does everything, from faxing , printing, copying, you name it and with the app its a breeze

Ok value-but you are locked to hp ink-you can’t use generic ink cartridges. This is a very basic printer.

I can't believe I waited so long to purchase a new printer, I had multiple machines in my office to do what this one does. I would definitely recommend this printer.

Good home printer and great value for money. Instant ink is an added feature.

Works as advertised switch over the instant ink from an old printer to the new printer and getting the free months was not easy

Have had problems installing this printer. Have had to reinstall it more than 5 times at least this past year. Currently has been offline for 2 months. Have spoken with HP TECH twice in past two days. They can't get it to install either. They will call me once more tomorrow 2/21/26. Am told by tech if they can't fix, they will replace it. Fingers crossed.

I love HP❣️ I have been using HP printers for about 30 years! I especially loved my all in one ink jet pro 8740. Unfortunately i started getting print head errors and i was told by HP i wouod have to get a new printer. The 8740 was built sturdy and i especially love how the printed paper comes out on the printer, not a cheap pull out paper tray. (Look up the 8740). I happily bought the 9135e model. When i received it, i was having issues with it setting up, and after 2 days of hp tech support, i was tood i had to return it due to a hardware issue. I had to order a new one, and had an ink issue that couldnt be resolved after hours of tech support. Again i was told i had to return it :(. This time i looked at other printers. I had already been worhout a printer for a few weeks due to the previous 2 printers not working from day 1, hour 1. HP was the only printer that had all the features I wanted, so i tried a third one. Finally got one that worked. I still think the printer is much more flimsily built, and i made sure to purchase the protection plan on this one, which i never do.
