Love it! Period. Very easy to set up on my galaxy s22 smart phone, then my fiance set it up to her i-phone then i set it up to my lenova laptop i got from best buy also. Very easy hp app to use to print from all three and i did sign up for the ink subscription but not the paper one and will see how that goes.

So far so good. I ordered a previous hp printer and was not able to print remotely. Was only able to print if the device was on the same network as the printer. I bought the previous printer after speaking with HP personnel and no luck. Also it took an hour to set up. Well i bought this one from Best buy and the set up was 5 minutes and it prints remotely yyyyyyeeessss. Welcome back to being my favorite HP.

I returned this printer for a refund. I did not get another 9135e in its place. I've always liked HP printers, but this printer put me over the edge and I'm now a skeptic when it comes to HP printers, so I switched to another company altogether. My issues with this printer (and these issues were present from day 1 out of the box, brand new) were:
1) HP smart software program is full of glitches and hang-ups. It has to reload or I have to close it out and reload it in order to do a simple scanning of documents.
2) The document feeder on the printer did not work, from day one, right out of the box (brand new). So, I had to manually scan a multi-page document on the scanning screen that I needed to save to my computer. Since the document feeder did not work, both with a single page or with multiple pages, I had to also manually copy my multi-page document using the scanning screen (1 page at a time).
3) The printer would not work while I had my VPN enabled. I called HP and they told me that printers will not work with an enabled VPN, and I would have to use split tunneling. However, I've never had an issue with a printer working while VPN is enabled (without using split tunneling). I know this for sure because the printer I bought to replace this one is not an HP and it works fine with my VPN enabled; all functions work fine with VPN enabled.
4) The printer paper tray is better than my last HP printer, but they still need to improve on their paper tray; it doesn't open smoothly all the time and sometimes sticks or gets hung up on the side edges while trying to open the tray.
5) Initial setup was a little tricky and I had to redo some steps multiple times to get the printer to be displayed on my laptop while I tried to connect to the printer. I ended up having to manually put the information for the printer into the setup spaces since it would sense the printer on its own.
Overall, I would not recommend this printer. Sorry.

It is a very good printer and is very fast. My only problem is Best Buy Review Techs told me it would auto duplex legal paper, but I found out that it would not.

Have been using HP instant ink for many years. You must use HP printers. The drawback is when HP discontinues a printer model, they take it offline, and you must buy a new model. Having said that, it is still cheaper than buying ink for a non instant ink printer, and the new ink comes in the mail.

My husband left me in the history before having our daughter to buy this printer. Why? Idk everyone handles stress differently. It’s a print out probs things that being said use your work printer and save money on ink. Scans things well.
